Excellent LED recessed lights. . Flush fit great looking and easy to install . Love that it’s CCC adjustable and spring loaded retainer clips for easy install . Made a great lighting upgrade for a room that needed better lighting solution . Very pleased with these lights

The night light looks very nice, we love it

We installed these on our new house build. The process was easy, but compared to other recessed light kits, these were not as robust/heavy duty. Overall, the feature of the nightlight is super cool. The night light is dimmable, just as the main light it. I used Lutron Diva dimmable switches to power these, per the recommended instructions. Only downside is one of the wafer lights came defective. It either doesn't work at all, or both the main and nightlight are on together.

These are terrific lights. Have replaced all my main floor ceiling lights with these. Very bright & I like the night light feature.

We purchased 35 of these lights to install in a recent home update. The light was a snap to install and puts out great light intensity. On dimmers, they work well. We also like the "soft light" feature we often use in the evening or for mood settings. Best LED light we ever experienced. Highly recommended.

These lights are bright. We set ours to the second highest setting and its still pretty bright at the highest setting on our dimmer switch. The nightlight feature is why I choose these lights. The night light is also dimmable.

Love these and especially the night light feature. The night light operates separately from the main light and they cannot be used together, however both are dimmable if using one of the recommended dimmer switches. Instructions say cut a 6 1/2 inch hole. I cut a 6 3/8 inch and definitely wouldn’t go any larger. I think most of the hole saws designed for this are 6 3/8 which is what I used. All of these pics are of the night light only on full brightness.

Please be aware the you can only use specific approved dimmers if you want to use a dimmer. We used a Leviton dimmer that said it was for LED but our lights would automatically change from night light to regular light randomly or if you increased the dimmer in night light mode. I called the company and they sent me the ones that were approved. Approved dimmer in attachment.

I am an electrician and the past few months I started using this brand. I have had multiple call backs, as well as issues in my home when I installed these. They look nice until they stop working. Would not recommend to anyone!

Use 14 gauge wire for a series install. My one complaint and why I removed a star is the junction area in the controller is cramped and hard to work with if you are running 2 sets of wires into it, like pictured. The connectors grip firmly and work well. A 3.25" hole saw worked perfectly. The template calls for 3.35", but those are hard to find. Wait at least 10 seconds to cycle from night light back to regular mode. The controllers don't like it otherwise. Nice product. Very pleased.

It's not a night light at all. Night lights come on when the lights go off. When you turn the lights off, the orange glow DOES NOT come on. You have to do the little 3 second switch trick to change the mode of the light from 'regular' to 'night light' mode. Then, when you turn the light switch back to the ON position, the orange glow will come on INSTEAD of the regular white light. Turning the switch 'on' will either give you the white light OR the orange light.

Only model that has a night-light option. Which is basically two fixtures in one (regular and night). Installation was a snap. To use the dimming feature you need a high-quality LED dimmer which are costly.

My Pet peeve was that it had to be slim design not bulky. Perfect! The actual body of light is thinner than the sheet rock. It you have a wood frame in the way. No problem. Has 2 clamps you use to lock it onto Sheetrock adjusting it away from the wood frame. 900 lumens. Super bright

I've installed many can recessed lights and was really not looking forward to the extra attic work to install 7 of these between our front and rear porch es. We live near a lake and spider webs and bugs were a constant pain to clean and maintain our old chandelier. I have replaced all of our recessed light bulbs over to another brand that had the nightlight function and we love them. So when I saw these exterior rated lights I jumped at the chance to use them. I had to run wiring in the attic and it was 100 degrees outside, easily 120 in the attic and I loved the push/ pull wiring adapters. No wire nuts! End result exceeded our expectations. I wish I had access to more locations as I would install more.

Love these lights, especially the night mode. Purchased the 4" for better strategic placement at the cabinets. The lighting in the kitchen is not only functional, but is the finishing touch of our kitchen remodel.

Love these lights! So easy to install, I’ve never changed a light fixture in my life, the only challenge was removing the existing ceiling electrical boxes that were anchored to the studs with very long nails but after that the rest was easy. The quick connects made this DIY project a little less intimidating. The nightlight feature is perfect for cozy nights and easy on the eyes in the morning. Highly recommend!

This product is exactly what is described and relatively easy to install. Watched a few YouTube videos and i was good to go. Replaced a 4 foot florescent double tube light with 2 of these 8 inch ultra slim recessed and the night light feature is great for that midnight snack and not blasting your eyes with a bright light. I would buy again.

Easy to install, I had done the wiring piece quite some time ago, was just waiting for the perfect lights. I think this is it. Comes with integrated LED that is controlled via a single switch. I just wish the lights saved the last setting and turned on at that, what I mean is, if I switched off the lights in "NIGHT LIGHT" mode, and want to turn on in the middle of the night, it resets to default lights, which isn't great! Keeping 1 star out for that reason. Comes with the junction box and easy connect clips, saves so much time in installation. Also comes with a foam ring to keep it insulated from attic heat.

Interesting FEATURE(S) to what has become a pretty standard light fixture. These lights have been a "life saver" in some situations. I remember when I installing typical old style canned lights in the basement ceiling. I cut a hole right below a floor joists so my can would not fit. I had to patch that hole and make a new hole just inches to the left. If I had these lights that require less than 1/2 depth to be installed (work great on 1/2' drywall) , I would have been good to go! GREAT FEATURES of these light. 1) They only need 1/2 depth to be installed 2) You can select the color temperature between 5 different settings. Warm white to DAYLIGHT 3) These light come with an AMBER glowing night light ring that gives you a nice glow in the evening .

Illuminating, Innovative, Slim. The Commercial Electric Ultra Slim 6 inch Canless Selectable CCT Integrated LED recessed light with its integrate 900 lumens night light is the upgrade needed to bring light to anyspace. With the need to make only a 6 inch opening through drywall these fixtures weight hardly anything can produce minimal heat. While using for over an hour the temperature reached 99.5 degrees on the rear for the 2700 lumens setting. The simple push connection ends make inserting 14 gauge wire easy and securely. Two perfereated ports on either side of the module housing allows for conduit to be inserted and wires secured and protected once attached. These kits can be installed in spaces as narrow as four inches. The night light feature is an great way to turn down the lighting and still have enough lighting to see. The selectable lighting temperature is a wonderful feature for these LED lights. The only draw back to these lights is that the temperature of the lighting must be selected before installation of the module. Would have love to been able to control externally once inplace.

The Commercial Electric Ultra Slim 3 in. Canless Selectable CCT Integrated LED Recessed Light Trim (with Night Light) was pure fun to work with. For me the sweetest part was the ability to choose one of the 5 color temperatures of light output for your space; Warm White 2700K, Soft White 3000K, Cool White 3500K, Bright White 4000K or Daylight 5000K. But equally impressive was the slim design and no need for cans for installation. Looking at it you would never know there are no cans behind the ceiling. And you can’t beat 10 W of energy producing 550 Lumen, that’s the equivalent of a 60 W incandescent bulb. And the icing on the cake, if you choose the night light feature, it gives a glow that sets the ambiance of a movie theater/auditorium. And they are also dimmable The only issue I had was the space in the housing was a bit tight especially if you are connecting in series. However, it is easy to install, long-lasting and maintenance free with no bulbs to replace. Ideal for living room, entry way, hallway, kitchen, basement, sun room, covered patio or deck, office, retail shops or lobby.

This is a nice set of recessed LED candles lights. The connection box includes a switch to select the color temperature that fits the area's application. I recommend selecting the color temperature during a bench test before installing. Depending on where you install the lights, correcting the color temperature may be difficult especially if you hard mount the connection box out of reach.

Really easy to use recessed LED lighting. These are the slim fit kind so no additional housing or can required. There is an included template to cut your hole. There are 5 hard switch options to select the color of light, which ranges from warm white (2700K) to daylight (5000K). That switch will be above the ceiling, so plan accordingly when deciding the color of the light. There is also a cool night light option as well. Highly recommend!

Nice lights the nite-lite ring is a nice added feature. Cutting the 8” hole is the worst part of the job if the ceiling is insulated above. But having and 8” hole works out good as far as access to mount the rather large control box and connect your 120v wiring. Another added feature is being able to choose your light color as well by moving the switch on the control/junction box. I’d suggest trying your settings before snapping the light into place as they are a pain to be removing to change the settings. The boxes need to be mounted to a solid piece of material. But the cord length allows room to position them a little.

These lights are awesome, Very easy to install, make sure you use the template that is included with each light to cut your hole in the sheet rock. The box that needs to be mounted for the wires to come into is light weight and requires two screws. It comes with the push style connectors already in the box. I will say the only negative thing is the space to make the connections is small. They do not come with the collars so make sure you have collars to run the wires through to secure in the opening, You can use plastic or metal. After that it is a simple push connector held together with a threaded nut and you are done. They look great have 5 different light settings and the night light feature works great.

These commercial electric ultra slim 8 inch recessed lights with night night trim are a fantastic upgrade for any room and house. We’ve been doing work to our new house and we got rid of the old 80’s fan and light and installed these and it makes the room look like a whole new room. Very easy to Install and very bright. The night light feature has been a conversation prince. Now 2 cons. The plastic connection piece on one unit was not making good contact so we had to use wire nuts and the night light feature instruction state to flip the switch 3 times to activate. That’s not true or at least on these ones. With the light on we flip it off and back on and the night comes on. Also a few times we have had only one night light out of the 2 activate. So not sure if it’s the electronics inside. Hasn’t been an issue. We have just turn the lights off and back on and we’re good. That’s why it got a 4 star and not a 5.
