Hi Yuri2i, every manufacturer uses their blend of white powder coat. The shades between different vendors will be slightly different if held next to one another. Separated it in a room is not noticeable in most cases.

The wall plate screws are correct to a box mounted correctly. If the box and device are setback you will need to use spacers to bring out the device however codes only allow a small amount of spacing.
