I gave the product 5 stars hoping it will help save the birch tree infected with beetles. It's really much too soon to know how effective the drench was. If the tree if still alive by next July, then the 5 stars are correct.

Systemic poisons kill birds and bees
This contains NeoNicotinoids which are the DDT of our age. Any of these products that kill by being absorbed into the plant will kill bees, hummingbirds, songbirds and anything else that consumes a part of the plant. They are banned in Europe and should NOT be sold in the US. Google Neonicontinoids to find articles by National Geographic, Science, NPR, etc.
