I have only had it a short time and it works well. Only drawback is that one side of a slice of bread toasts a bit darker than the other. That may be because the toaster accepts various thicknesses of bread, a feature I am very pleased with.

It is cheap and has wide slots. I can fit two slices of normal bread into each slot. Toasts well. I do not notice a difference when I press the defrost or bagel buttons vs not having any button pressed though.

Works as it should. Needed a new one after I killed my previous one by cleaning it. LOL

After much research we found a great toaster at a good price. After 1 month of use it has been reliable, hassle free and toasts evenly. It fits thick bread perfectly but does not fit unusually wide breads. The minute you turn on the toaster the cancel button lights up just in case you need to stop the toasting. A great toaster.

This product is awesome. The bread toasts evenly. The stainless steel body blends with the products in the kitchen.
