The toilet is higher than 20 inches, that’s a plus. However, all the parts to include the bolts for the floor attachment's are cheap plastic. Toilet seat is to small and doesn’t fit. For the price everything should be top quality parts and that really fit. If you purchase this toilet buy all the parts needed separately!

Not only this is the most beautiful throne but it is the tallest! With the toilet seat this toilet is over 21 inches in total height. An amazing flushing power. 2 ways to flush: Handle UP ⬆️ -or- handle DOWN ⬇️ ⬆️ - water economy flush 0.9 GPF! ⬇️ - full flush, but still 1.28 GPF! Great investment

I ordered this toilet to replace the toilet in my master bathroom. The one I had was very short, only 15.5 inches from rim to floor. I’m handicapped and it was too low for me to easily get up from it. This toilet is a little too tall by about 2 inches. But worse it the fact it has a rather weak flushing system and solid wastes clings to the bowl causing me to clean it every day!! Do not buy this toilet!

There is nothing that speaks louder than before and after images. Our desire was to to elevate (literally!) our guest powder room experience by bringing the Convenient Height® tall toilet into play. We replaced our old 15 inch toilet with the one that has a total height of 21.5" from the floor to the top of the seat (20.5 inches without seat). It's definitely Tall and what we so wanted! Convenient Height® Tall Toilet is absolutely a head turner and helps us sit down and stand up easier.

Love the height but maybe a bit too high for me. This is 20” toilet and 16” that i tried was good but still hard to get up off of. The 20” is easy to get up off of, however a bit too tall when actually using the toilet. Looking to get a stool to rest my feet on. Overall- best toilet ever!

Taller than a chair height toilet. My knees don’t hurt anymore when standing up! The only negative is that EVERYTHING inside that toilet tank is plastic! You can’t use no bluing or bleach tablets inside that tank!

I searched around and this is the tallest toilet I could fine. I have ADA compliant toilets in my other bathrooms, but I wanted something even higher. Works well for someone like myself that Is 5’9 with bad knees.

I was very excited about getting this toilet height because it's difficult for me to stand due to leg weakness. We just had it installed yesterday. The height is great. My issue is with the jutting out tank. The toilet seat lid leans forward making it uncomfortable for my 6'4" husband. I am petite and find the opening of the seat to be too short from front to back. The back of my hand hits the inside of the seat when I wipe. My husband wants to send it back. I was wondering if a different seat would work or a flatter tank. We only have the one toilet so it's a real inconvenience to not be able to use it. I also have noticed a brief flushing noise every ten minutes. Not sure if that's normal. I will call the plumber to see about that.

The height is perfect for those taller than average and/or experiencing knee problems. Very grateful for our new addition.

This is a great height toilet for people who need higher than the standard ADA compliant height. Generally easy to install and replace a standard toilet although the toilet seat mounting is different than anything I’ve ever seen before but still fairly simple. One issue noted was that the proper adapters to go from half-inch copper pipe from the valve to the three eights inch pipe on the toilet we’re not present and had to be purchased. This was the only real issue and not a dealbreaker. This would’ve been a five if the adapter and toilet seat were easier as it cost me additional time to install for my client. This is the highest Height toilet we could find and it worked well

17 and 18 inch may be tall enough for some but my wife insisted on this 20 inch and she's very happy with it. I like the mechanism as it allows you to adjust the amount of water for a full flush and has a two way flush system; up for minimal, down for full flush.

This toilet is everything I wanted in a comfort height toilet it is tall probably the tallest on the market. I am glad Homedepot sells this product. It was easy to install and is well made and the quality is excellant. You will not go wrong if you purchase this toilet. Kevin from Ship Bottom, NJ.

If you need height this will probably do. However, everything is so cheaply made. Handle is plastic with play, seat is plastic, bolts are plastic. For this amount of money, at least provide quality material. Also, water doesn't go high enough in the toilet so you get some streakers. The manual was atrocious as well. Needless to say, this was returned.

This is the 2nd Convenient Height toilet we purchased for our home - we've had the first one for a year. I wish I had ordered this years ago. A great investment. My husband is 6 foot 3. We needed a taller toilet to help him get up, and a standard comfort height toilet was not tall enough. We were so happy to find the Convenient Height tall toilet because it is the perfect solution for us. My husband is now able to get up from the toilet much easier. The extra height makes a huge difference. He can sit and get back up easily. We received timely and extremely well packaged and arrived without any damage. We went from 16-17 ADA to this 20/21" toilet so the water line to toilet had to be lengthened as part of the installation. Our plumber installed in one hour, no problems. He was very impressed with it. When he was installing it he continued to remark about how impressed he was, customers who would like this toilet and the innovation of the greater height. We are very pleased with the product quality. A+++++ rating in our opinion. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

Unique flush valve assembly caused leak. Plumber suggested I box up the toilet and buy a quality product

This toilet is what I hoped for and is just right for us - as tall people with long legs.

Only wish it was round seat instead of elongated.

Nice toilet but flush mechanism is a little over complicated. Still would recommend if trying to avoid taller toilet seats that are less stable.

After coping with the unsanitary and smelly elevated toilet seat needed for my husband, I am delighted to have a toilet that meets his needs and is a snap to keep clean. The contractor who installed it for us didn’t know that this type of fixture was available, and he plans to put one in for an elderly relative to make their life easier, too. Great product!

Comfortable and well-designed, though the plumber who did the installation said the flush mechanism was "unique" and might be difficult to replace. This is our second Convenient Height 20" toilet, the other one having been installed in 2019 and has been operating flawlessly. Its greatest selling point is the height of the seat which facilitates usage by older people, and much more secure than merely adding a "booster seat" to the top of an existing toilet. These Convenient Height toilets have a slim, modern profile and fit easily into the space provided. And its dual flush system, with a "light" flush of only 0.9 gals and a "regular" of 1.28 gals, is a terrific water saver. (And here in NYC, where the sewer tax is set at 159% of the water usage charge, that means CONSIDERABLE savings!) Best home improvement we've ever made!

This toilet was much taller than expected. I would have gotten the Kohler version if I had known

Product was as ordered, came by UPS in two packages. Pleased with the 20” height which with the seat actually measures 21”. Some assembly required for the water tank, which I did not expect.

This is a great toilet, easy up and down for this 81 year old. It also has a dual flush that’s amazingly strong and efficient and I’m sure will be a water saver.
