Perfect addition to my RV.

Easy to extend, easy to close. It has a soft close that gently shrinks rung by rung. Light weight and strong for its size. Just remember when purchasing that the ladder size and “reach” are not the same.

It's wobbly and didn't reach the height I expected. I plan on returning it. I have another foldable ladder on order.

I bought this ladder and very pleased is the least I can express. It has replaced my older ladders with a better one that takes a lot less room to carry, opens with ease and closes so nicely and safely. I don’t want to use any other ladder anymore.

I really like the telescoping ladder. I weigh 168 lbs and it does have a little bounce to it, but if you go up it niece and easy, it's a good ladder. The thing that doesn't make sense, is the 16 ft reach. This number greatly depends on the height of the user. The measurement that makes sense is the 12 foot 8 inches, fully extended height of the ladder. It's compressed height is 33.38 inches, 20.12 inches wide and weighs 28 lbs. These numbers lets the potential buyer now if this is the right ladder for them, before buying it. It does take a little practice to extend the ladder by yourself. I suggest when the compressed ladder is laid down, unlock the ladder near the bottom of the rungs and then start moving the top most rung away from the bottom of the ladder. You will hear a click sound that indicates that rung is locked in place. Then move the next rung the same way until the ladder Is fully extended. Contracting the ladder is really cool, a one man job. Release the bottom latches of the ladder and it will slowly retract by itself. If anyone needs a ladder that doesn't take up a lot of storage room, this is the ladder for you.

The ladder's height is adjusted by pulling the second section first, then the third section and so on. The ladder is very stable however if it's used at its maximum extend I recommend that a second person helps keeping the ladder stable.

Excellent ladder with safety features, great portability, worth the price !

This ladder is great. Light weight and I can store in back seat of my truck. I don’t have to worry about it being stolen. Get the 16’ tall and spend the extra money. If you see on deal of the day it’s a great bargain.

It's convenient. I don't have to carry a "giant" ladder up several floors or outside.Height and stability has its limits.Fits my needs at sale price.

Unfortunately I haven’t had an opportunity to use it yet. Have a few projects coming up & plan to put it to use. I did take it outside to raise & lower it a few times. Works great & well made. I really like it thus far. It’s gonna take a while to get the hang of it. Happy I made the purchase.

Would have given it a fifth star but the individual steps do not always initially lock when extending the ladder especially the first (and most) critical step. It is always the right side that still shows red indicating it is not locked. If Cisco would fix this it would be 5 stars. Otherwise I am happy with it.

All ladders that I have ever seen give the true height on them, not the "reach". That is cow doo do (they made me re-write) , do they know how tall you are? I bought one because the sales person said it was 12 ft and it said 12 ft in big letters on the label. Between the sales person and just seeing the label I did not notice the small print that said "reach". Had to drive 20 miles to take it back. Deceptive packaging. Will never buy another COSCO product because of that.
