My fiddle leaf, unlike the other plant I ordered from Costa Farms, came browned and wilting. Many leaves have fallen off the plant and I’m not sure I will be able to revive it.

Original high quality has taken a nose dive
I don’t know what’s going on at Costa Farms, but their quality has sadly taken a sharp turn downwards. I first ordered a FLF from them in 2018 and what I received was a beautiful healthy tree with huge, glossy leaves. It came in an actual 9.25” pot and grew really quickly with a new shiny leaf every 1-2 weeks. This time around, after ordering this exact same item, what I received was more like a short shrub and pot is much closer to 6”. The leaves are dull, mottled, and broken. It also grows much more slowly. In the 4-5 weeks I’ve had it, it’s feebly squeezed out one blotchy leaf - that’s WITH fertilization and in April/May. I ended up returning it because it looked so pitiful. I’ve attached photos of both trees so you can see the huge differences. The dates are marked on the bottom right corner. Costa Farms, if you’re reading this, I REALLY want to know how I can get the original trees you used to sell. They were worth every penny. Not these new shrubs you’re selling now.

    This plant arrived packaged pretty well as I could tell there was not much shipping damage, however the plant itself seems as if it could have been taken care of better. The plant arrived with a case of edema so the leaves are not bright green and completely healthy.
