This humidifier would be perfect if you could refill it without disassembling it,

Had this only a year and half and then it stopped working. We used it every few months for 2-3 weeks at a time as the kids cycled through respiratory viruses. Only worth buying if it's on sale for less than $39.99. Had the Crane 1 gallon Drop before this and it lasted 3 years with probably the same or half the usage (with only one child). In a way, I'm okay with it quitting, just because I didn't like the way the mist output on the owl went straight up in the air and dropped back down. It still filled the room with mist, but it got the dresser or chest wet when on high, whereas the Drop output got the carpet wet, but not as wet.

I live in an older home that doesn't have a humidifier attached to the central heating system. This little guy works perfectly in my bedroom at night and doesn't leave my nose and skin feeling dry. Easy to clean and fill. Haven't noticed a white dust or anything that some of the other users complain about. Very quiet, but I also run a fan at night for white noise.... I named my humidifier Howard.

The owl humidifier works very well. Pretty quiet and no problem with refilling!

We've had this type of humidifier before and it worked great. Lasted about two years. I was drawn by the owl design. It is perfect for my son's room.

I used the teardrop humidifier and loved it, so I recommended to my son who likes the looks of the elephant. It works so much better than the Sunbeam one I bought last year

I bought a pink crane humidifier and I love it. So I had to buy one for my granddaughter.

This humidifier is the best that I have ever purchased. It is also so cute because it comes in all kinds of animal shapes.

This humidifier dispensed a good amount of water for the first few days, requiring me to refill it daily. However, after about a week, it started just giving off little bits of steam which haven't helped at all. I'm not sure what happened, but it didn't seem to last. Now I just use it for white noise. One other note, although it has a knob to adjust the amount of steam coming out of it, this never seemed to work. It was either a LOT or none at all.

I had this items for several years now, and as long as you clean it every couple of weeks, it works great. I believe I had this for 5 years now, and last year it started to have an issue where it wont quite run right for the first minute, but i shut it off and turn it back on and then it is fine. I am very happy with this product, especially since I run it non stop for months.

I think this product is effective at generating steam but it is missing a small fan to spread it into the room. I like it but wish it will blow the steam further.

I bought this for my room because I didn't want something that looked medicinal...and who can resist a cute owl? It's been great. I can't even hear it when it's on, which is fantastic. I only use distilled water with it, and I have yet to have an issue with it. Fantastic product!

This owl is too cute! If you do not mind filling up alot and keeping a towel under him, he is great. I would buy again.

same as the penguin, have to fill up alot and need a towel under it because of your carpet staying damp. I would buy it again.

I've had this for almost a month now and it's perfect for our nursery. Super quite and cute. Gets the job done. Better than the other Crane humidifier - cone design which was very hard to clean and broke after 2 mths. This little owl is easy to clean and nice to look at. So far so good, fingers crossed!

I was in need of a humidifier as I have forced hot air in my home and during the winter months it gets quite dry. I wanted to get a "fun" looking humidifier so I purchased the Frog model. It adds moisture to the room and the water in the tank of the product lasts a long time. There is a dial option as to how much moisture you want in the air which is nice. Overall, a great product.

After reading reviews, I chose the elephant because of the height of the trunk. I followed the advice of another user and turned off the ceiling fan - I was concerned about dampness on our laminate flooring. So far, it's working wonderfully!

It is cute, but had it 2 weeks and it's leaking water on the floor and the power cuts off and on (this is probably a good thing though...water and electricity don't mix well). I would return it but threw the box out..boo hiss.

this is a great humidifier! not only is it absolutely adorable, but it produces an impressive amount of humidity while making NO sound whatsoever. we originally got this in preparation for the birth of our son. but, we love it so much we've been using it in the living room since the day we bought it.

The cool mist is so much better for my kids (3 and 1) than hot steam. It doesn't make the room hot and allows them to sleep comfortably. The design of this steamer makes it look "appropriate" in their rooms and they love it. It's easy to fill, easy to use and cleans easily. You do need to keep a towel underneath it because by morning the carpet is damp. This is more expensive than what I had purchased in the past at pharmacies, etc. but well worth it! I bought the elephant for my son and the penguin for my daughter. I like the elephant better because it sends the steam up higher in the air and less on the carpet.

I've had to use humidifiers for 17 years..I've used every type out there. Most are usually higher in price, plus the filter costs. I have hard water...more cleaning than usual on most. I bought this, no filters are used and it lasted way over a year, (longer than the rest of 'em) and less cleaning time. More economical and cost efficient. This is the BEST COOL Air mist humidifier out there. Super great if you have any breathing problems. I've recommended this to numerous people, and they love it as well.

We've had it for about 2 1/2 months. The fan is starting to make noise and sounds like it needs to be oiled, but you can't access it. The empty indicator light doesn't always work. It still runs when you take the canister off to refill it. The "ON" light is so bright its annoying when the lights are off. It feels sturdy when you pick it up, but it has too many problems. I would give it 0 stars it that were an option.
