The fan makes too much noise

This purifier is quiet and effective. No more musty smell in the basement.

Started off by doing smoke test to see how well it purified the room of smoke by placing it in the bathroom (to ref for small/medium room). Filled the bathroom with smoke and left the purifier on the third (highest) fan speed. The purifier took around an hour till the smoke smell started to dissapate. Great little purifier with a sleep mode, but even leaving it on the first fan speed is quiet enough to sleep with. Only gripe is I wish the purifier had a color light to detect the air quality in the room, but learned that their new model comes with that feature. One other small gripe is I wish the device had a handle that made it easier to carry. Filter is reasonably large so it should last a bit with heavy use!

I am so happy with my air purifier! I use it in my classroom which helps me feel safe while teaching. I like how quiet it is and it’s one of the best purifiers I’ve ever had!

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and really love it! I teach and my office is very small in an old building. This air purifier has really helped my eyes and breathing - I have noticed my eyes are not as red as they usually are and I am breathing easier with this in my room. I would recommend this product to anyone!

Crane air purifier is quite and fits on my dresser which it don't take up a lot of space. running it for an hour or two makes the room comfortable

It does the job I bought it for

We've used the Crane air purifier for about a month in our bedroom. It came well packaged. Instructions were easy to understand and prepare the unit for use and operations. (You have to take the wrapper off the filter. It's easy to access.) It's solid well built nice clean looking unit. No vibrations. We have it sitting on top of a wood dresser. Runs very quite on the low speed that we use when sleeping. When on the other two speeds you hear the fan noise, but it's not annoying. The light that eliminates the bacteria is barely visible at night. We could tell the difference the first night we used it. The air smelled cleaner. The only drawback I see is it does dry the air out. But from what I've read, this is typical with all air purifiers. We wish we would have had it during all the forest fires this past summer.

I bought this air purifier for my room and felt immediate results. Very easy to use and easy settings to figure out what you like best for your room. Glad I went with this one.

I have been using this air purifier for about a month now and it’s really great! It’s in our family room (the most occupied room of the house) and whenever I walk into this room it smells as if the window had been open all day and it’s really fresh. I notice I sneeze less in this room (darn allergies!) as well. The only reason why I gave this product a ‘4’ is because of the noise. Now let me say that it IS a comfortable white noise sound when you aren’t trying to watch tv at the same time. And for me being a light sleeper, who is unable to sleep with the fan on due to noise, it’s tough for me to get used to the sound. However I think I am more sensitive than most so it may be perfectly fine for some folks. But overall great product!

I received this air purifier as part of the product review team. I could not be happier with this product. I have two small children with seasonal allergies and with the weather finally switching over to having windows open, this has helped tremendously! I feel better having the windows open with this pulling the pollen and ragweed out of the air. We also have two cats that shed quite a bit and I love that this pulls the pet dander from the air as well. Set up was very easy and the instructions on switching the filter seem simple too. We have had this running the past couple weeks. The noise was noticeable at first, but now blends into the background. The timers are also nice and I like the automatic shutoff. Lastly, the product looks nice sitting out.

We live in a house built in the 70s and this air purifier has been such a help in ridding the musty smell. We use it in our bedroom daily and will likely get a second for the living room. Super easy to use and we loved the design. Most purifiers are an eye sore but this one fits in perfectly with our aesthetic. Also gives us peace of mind to have clean air with our 7 month old.

Due to the recent fires and bad air quality, a family friend sent this to us as a gift. It was absolutely perfect. It’s small, discrete, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. As a mom of a new baby (and a toddler), it was very relieving to know my babies have clean air inside their home. We now use it all the time, even though the air quality is back to normal, because why not?!

I am beyond thankful for this product! I am a teacher and have been teaching hybrid. I am so relieved that I can now breathe easy knowing that the air is clean! This layer of anxiety with all that is going on is lifted knowing that I have this air purifier! THANK YOU

I received this product to test. We’ve been running it on low several or all hours of the day for a couple of weeks now. It seems to be helping with our asthmatic child. The unit is quiet, easy to set up, and small.

This air purifier is really nice. It’s super easy to use and so quiet. I love that it has a timer and a sleep mode that keeps the lights off. It’s bigger than I thought it would be, but the design doesn’t make it an eye sore at all.

I recently have gone back to work following the school closure in March. I have the Crane Air Purifier set up in my small office. My office has no windows and the old building frequently irritates my allergies. The combination of dust and new cleaners being used in the building was a nightmare. Since bringing the air purifier into my office I’m able to breathe easier and have some peace of mind.

This air purifier has changed my life- lol seriously! We had to turn the heat on in our house for the first time last week, and normally my allergies go crazy with the dust and everything that comes from the heaters-NOT THIS YEAR! I ran this before I turned the heat on and continued to overnight, and I had no allergy flare up this year- it's a first! The time feature is perfect as well as the 3 settings for fan power. I kept it on the 2nd level throughout the night. And it looks so sleek and cool. Doesn't take up a lot of room. I am so glad I have this for the winter season in our house to help keep my daughters, myself and husband healthy!

Breathing easy! I have tried this air purifier in a few different areas of my home that we spend the most time in and think it's great. I have cats and a puppy so there is often a smell in the air. I can turn it on high and leave after cleaning the cat box (not so dust-free litter) and when I return I'm not walking into or breathing a cloud of litter dust! I also moved it closer to the puppy kennel and after cleaning up an accident, the smell is whisked away and doesn't linger in the air. I haven't had it long enough to tell if it's helping my allergies, but will try to sleep with it bedside and see if I notice a difference. Overall, I think it's a great air purifier. It smells "clean" and looks pretty. It doesn't take up much space but it's not always easy to find a clean flat surface in the family room. The fan has 3 speeds, and yes you can hear the fan, but in my opinion its a dull background noise. My daughter calls it my sound machine, but it's really my cleaner air secret weapon!

I’ve been using this in my son’s room as he has severe allergies and didn’t tell him for a week. He has told me he has been coughing less and felt so much better. We live in Colorado and allergy season is bad and on top of that our air quality is terrible at the moment because of fires. I love that it has a timer on it and a sleep function which turns the lights off. Level 1 is perfect for night time as it’s quiet. Level 2 and 3 are obviously noisier which I use in the day while he’s at school and then put it on the lower setting and sleep timer for night. I highly recommend this product and can honestly say that we have noticed a difference in the quality of the air in the room.

This is an absolute must have!! This Crane germicidal UV HEPA air purifier is simply amazing. Let's start with the unboxing. It came in a perfect size box with little extra fluff on the inside... which means less waste! The purifier itself was already assembled beside taking off a piece of plastic on the inside charcoal filter. It was labeled well, telling you how to do this, super easy! Then you just plug it in, turn it on, set it and forget it! Ours is super quiet and stays in our living room. You cannot hear it at all, its not disruptive and does not interfere with watching TV. It's quiet enough to get school work or at home work done without any noise! I have been using this for a week or so now and have noticed a HUGE improvement of allergy related issue in our home. No more runny noses, itchy eyes, and a lot less sneezing. Another huge benefit I have noticed is that our home is less "doggy" smelling. With a long haired pooch, it can be quite stinky. Our home smells fresher and seems MUCH healthier. Although ours is in our living room and we don't use the sleep feature yet, I think the sleep timer would be an amazing benefit in a bedroom. You can set it to work while you are sleeping and not have to worry about turning it off in the morning! On this topic, the buttons on top are amazing. They don't beep or make any nose when you touch them. So setting it while a child is asleep would be easy peasy. Clearly I absolutely love, love, love this purifier and will be adding more to my home! You should get one too!

I received this just before we had a painting project done in our house. It definitely seemed to make a difference and my husband said he felt like the air seemed "clear". It is a on the larger side but still can be tucked away in a corner. I like the different timing modes as well as the three speeds.

The True HEPA Air Purifier has an appealing sleek design and works wonderfully! My family struggles with allergy issues and sensitivities. We already use Crane humidifiers, but air purifiers were a must. We have noticed a significant difference in our allergy related issues-overall we have less incidents of allergy related troubles/irritation. This is a must for every bedroom/room in your home!
