LED bulb review
Very high-quality. They have the best warranty in the industry of 10 years and they stand behind. Several years ago I purchased a first-generation bulb from this company and it failed and immediately replaced. They are little more expensive than some other bulbs but they are very good product.

The CREE LED bulbs are a great replacement for compact fluorescent bulbs. They are "instant" on, and have a nice warm "soft white" color. Time will tell how long they last.

22 years- hahaha - 2 bulbs lasted less than a year
The 10 year warranty requires you to mail in failed bulbs after WRITING A LETTER. Ok, no. Simply buy another package and swap your failed bulb and return to get your money back. I had two bulbs fail in less than a year of maybe 1 hour use daily. I love the natural daylight wavelength these bulbs put out. Simply great for putting on makeup and then looking good in natural daylight.

Nice light
This bulb does a good job at replacing its incandescent equivalent. It dims well, and the light isn't cold and blue.

Burn out within 1 year of normal use
DO NOT BUY. I have had multiple sets of CREE LED bulbs burn out within 1 year of using them in my house under completely normal usage. CREE also DOES NOT HONOR THEIR WARRENTY CLAIMS. I attempted to contact their customer service, but after 3 months I have yet to hear back from them. CREE also has had multiple class action lawsuits brought against them because of their bulbs not lasting as long as advertised.

Horrible, Died Within a Year
I bought four of these LED bulbs to use in a ceiling fan light fixture. The benefit of LED bulbs is both energy savings and long live. These CREE bulbs completely fail on long life, lasting less time than the incandescent bulbs they replaced. ALL four of these bulbs died within a year of operation. I did reach out to Cree when the first one died and they sent me a replacement but too time consuming to have to do this for every bulb. Not recommended.
