The filter basket cam apart on the first use. the mesh separated from the housing. I would like a new filter basket and they are approximately 50% of the total cost of the unit at $35.

I really enjoy this coffee maker. I use it almost every day. It is easy to load, easy to clean and makes delicious cold brew. I would highly recommend this product.

Great cold brew machine. Easy to make. Easy to clean. Not loud. Add coarse ground coffee and water and walk away. It beeps when it is brewed. It will strain to the pot and beeps again. Rinse and done! Couldn't be easier. Truly happy with this machine.

Excellent flavor. I'm able to make enough to last me every day on my way to work and enjoy.

There is no such thing as a perfect system, but this works rather well. You can experiment with the ratio of water to coffee and for me, that's 8 scoops to 4 cups on the bold setting, for which I need a calibrated eyeball, because the even cups aren't marked. Check the little filter in the removable basket periodically, because if it's clogged, you'll either have a slow or nonexistent drip rate. Otherwise, enjoy your cold coffee!

I returned. You cannot rush old brew-it just tastes like iced coffee. Cold brew is a different taste.

I love the machine - I just wish there was a way to brew a larger amount as I brew about 4 pots back to back to last me the week.

Cold brew old way; wait at least 12 hours while jar sits on counter. New way; course grind coffee, put in filter, add cold filtered water, turn machine on. Wait 35 min for med brew. Voila!!!

I love cold brew coffee. Used to take 24 hrs. to brew. This coffeemaker takes 45 minutes to brew the same quality cold brew. Easy to brew, easy to clean. Cuisinart has nailed it.

Very convenient making it at home, saves money and time.Tastes great. I like that you can adjust the flavor by being able to choose between 3 settings We make it daily. Others have mentioned the noise , Yes it makes noise but you can choose when you make it, I guess the noise really doesn’t bother me I’m very happy with my Cold Brew

Uses too much coffee to make a smaller pot. I only use this when time is tight and there's no iced coffee in the refrigerator. I'll take the time to brew a pot of coffee and let it cool to make iced coffee.

I'm a big fan of iced coffee, so when I saw that Cuisinart made a cold brew coffeemaker I had to try it. It was very reasonably priced and is easy to use. I like that it has mild, medium, and bold brew options and that the coffee doesn't develop that bitter taste that hot brewed coffee sometimes has. I've stocked up on several varieties of that "popular" brand of coffee and have been enjoying cold brewed coffee for far less than what I've been paying at the coffee shop.

Great machine. So little time and coffee comes out same as letting it sit overnight and straining by hand. A real time saver!

I Love Iced Coffee but hated making and waiting 12-24 hours for it to be ready. This is amazing, coffee taste great and you have your choice of light, medium or strong. Plus it last up to 7 days Would recommend to any ice coffee lover

We bought this because my husband wanted to try cold coffee. You put your ground coffee in a little porous basket that rotates in the cool water. It does this on and off for a timed cycle depending on how bold you want your coffee to taste. It worked great for about 2 times. Now it just beeps. We checked to make sure our water level and scoops of ground coffee are correct according to the manufacturer's directions. I'm not an engineer, but the flaw seems to be the sensor that tells the motor to stop spinning at the slightest off-balance. We spend most of our time trying to remedy this and end up just letting it sit there because nothing seems to work.

Reasonably easy to use and much faster than steeping in the refrigerator. The carafe seems a little lightweight and I wonder how it will hold up over time. Would be even better if it could make ten cups.

Quick easy and makes stronger cold brew than the traditional method. It doesn’t take up a ton of space. I’ve even made iced tea in it. I don’t regret the purchase at all.

Makes great child brew coffee. Easy to use. Pretty easy to clean.

I have been making cold brew for years with the coffee sock method. The cold brew from my cold brew machine tastes just as good, but is so much easier to use and clean up after. The only down side is that it makes about 1/2 as much per batch, but that is mitigated by the fact that the process with the machine is SO much faster.

I love how smooth and strong the coffee turns out. However it doesn't really make the amount compared to the water I put in. I can overfill it to make close to 8-9 cups and only come out with 5ish. I'll run a cycle and then add some more water and re cycle it to make it close to the amount I wanted. I felt like I was wasting grounds, also it is noisier than other coffee makers I've had.

Very simple, love the taste! Just 45 minutes you have great tasting cold brew coffee!!

So far I love it. Easy to use, easy to clean & great coffee. I prefer either Duncan Donuts dark roast or McCafe med dark. I use med brew setting.

Bought a month ago and so far i love it. It is easy to use , easy to clean up. Makes 7 cups of coffee. Not as nosie as some people say. Just make sure you rinse it with hot water so the oil from the coffee dont clog up yhe filters.

This was given to me as a gift. It makes good cold brew ( when it works) and the unit itself is attractive. I am disappointed that the brew basket tore within a couple of weeks. Then the machine started to malfunction and the coffee would not flow into the carafe. Cuisinart wanted to charge me to send a replacement coffeemaker and charge me to send the damaged machine back to them. I found this to be unreasonable as the coffeemaker was practically new. ( less than one month old)

I bought this a month ago and happy I did. Po ner of the best purchases I have ever made. It's simple to use and fast.

I have made many pots of cold brew taking 12-24 hours. This pot is easy to fill & cleans in the dishwasher. It takes 35 minutes to brew to brew the bold blend I like. I am a happy consumer!!
