I bought this Cuisinart Griddler to replace one that I had for about 10 years. It still worked but the plates were very worn. I looked at other Griddler/presses but I figured I would get the same one as I know the quality and durability of the Cuisinart. This is a great Griddler. It doesn’t take up much space and can cook, grill, press or fry just about anything for a quick little meal.

I had owned this particular model for many years, it was something I used often. I used the grill side of the dishwasher safe removable plates for many years grilling meats, it was so handy and I didn't have to go outside if the weather was unpleasant to grill many types of meats. Lately my favorite has been grilling thicker boneless center pork loin chops. Simply season and cook until desired doneness. I purchased the exact same model I had enjoyed for many years

This is the second time we purchased this griddle. We used the first one almost every day for four years and loved it. Great for grilled chicken, paninis, and breakfast! When it finally wore out we immediately replaced it with a new one.

We had our first one over 10 years, it's easy to clean and use. We made Reubens, Cubans, Souvlaki, Satay and so much more. Over all a great product!

bought this as replacement for a unit that wore out after 25+ years. was defective out of the box with bad temp control. was returned.

This is an excellent product. From veggies to meat cook great and in no time. And no messy stove to clean.

I really like this product. If there is one thing I don’t like about it I would say I wish it didn’t smash the sandwich so thin.

Doesn't take up a lot of space, which is great if you don't have a lot of room but want a good-sized cooking surface! Easy to clean is a plus!

Item was defective. Had to return it. It would heat to desired temp and then shut off. Would not maintain a temperature.

I love this appliance. I’ve used it as a griddle for PERFECTLY cooked pancakes, the panini press for the BEST paninis, and the grill feature works great, too! This is my new favorite appliance and has earned a designated spot on the counter!

This product works very well and is handy. It is easy to use. The product is easy to clean and maintain. I also have the recipe book and this is fabulous.

I'm so happy I purchased this grill. I have used it for steak and chicken so far and the cook is perfection. The meat comes out tender and moist. And the clean up, my goodness. The key is to use the scraper while the plates are warm. It's a breeze after rinsing them off and putting them in the dishwasher. They come out clean as a whistle. Absolutely love how it makes my life easier and look forward to trying other items in the future.

Best purchase ever!!! We purchased the Griddler a year ago when it got too cold to grill outside. We were able to make the most amazing meals and the clean up was exceptionally East. We decided to give the Griddler to our daughter who was leaving for college so that she could enjoy it. We figured that we would get a new one. We got a different style. We were so disappointed. That system set the smoke alarm off in our house multiple times, and we had to return it. Needless to say we went out and bought another Griddler and will never purchase another style.

This grill is terrific. This has become a staple in my kitchen. It makes great quesadillas and sandwiches.

I really like the griddler. You can do just about anything with it and it makes fantastic grilled cheese sandwiches.

I received this Griddler as a Christmas gift and have only used it a few times. I think I am going to have to use this more to get use to it. I have cooked pancakes twice on it and both times they did not brown up or cook well. Not sure if the thermostat is working well. Neither time did the grill get the pancakes done on the first side. I cooked hamburgers on it too and they also took some time to good well. The meat did not brown up either. The hamburgers were done but you could not tell by the color. Hopefully I will get used to the Griddler but I am a little disappointed at this time.

Love the griddler. Easy to use and clean. The plates are two sided and be used to make different things from paninis to grilled food. You can also buy waffle plates to use it to make waffles. Very versatile. Highly recommend.

Replacement for former cuisinart griddle. Purchased waffle griddle for extra uses & makes great waffles.

I love this panini press/griddle. Works great, very versatile and easy to use and clean. Grills pop off and go on the dishwasher. Excellent quality.

I was excited about the possibilities this appliance offered, and immediately tried it with pancakes. They did not cook. After 15 minutes, the blobs of batter on the "bottom" half had dried out enough to turn, but failed to brown. Those on the "top" half were still too liquid. Because it was a Cuisinart, I gave it the benefit of doubt, thinking operator error. Besides, we bought this primarily to make grilled sandwiches. We love paninis, but found it merely satisfactory. The bottom half does a great job, but the top barely toasts the bread. Because of my failure with the pancakes, I had turned the heat up almost to the SEAR setting. The sandwiches were crispy enough, the cheese melted, and the meat was warm. I turned the pale side down to serve them. I'm willing to retry the pancakes on this higher heat before I give up on the Griddle setting.

Love our Griddler. Enjoying delicious panini, steaks, burgers, grilled cheese sandwiches. Easiest cleanup ever. So sorry I waited all these years to buy one. Good job, Cuisinart!

I purchased the Griddler after reading multiple reviews. I was looking for a way to cook meats/grill vegetables and wanted to try panninis a la gluten free. Did not disappoint. I have done burgers, grilled asparagus, pork tenderloin, shrimp and other foods. Grilled pears were sensational. Much better than opening oven. Gluten free breads also worked on Griddler for panini. It was worth waiting for.

This little griddler is so versatile. Loving trying some new recipes. Heats up fast. Making panini is a dream. Highly recommend.
