Got it home and it worked great for about a week- now it’s broken- plastic part that moves the blades broke off - will have to return

I have owned this blender for over 2 years and it's still working like day one perfectly. I purchased a second one as a gift for my son who absolutely love it. I make smoothies on a regular basis so the horsepower and sharp blade can handle most blending needs. It is a bit loud but I look at it as being super powerful. The container is plastic and at first I was a little disappointed but as time went on I really love that it's lightweight and easy to handle and clean. My plastic container is still clear and in good condition. Love this blender!

Love my blender! I can definitely create refreshing and healthy smoothies. My Bullet was not doing a great job crushing the ice or frozen fruits. Highly recommended!!!!

t looks like it is well made but the noise level is quite high. I have not had an opportunity to compare it with other brands however. Perhaps they are all very noisy. G G Jr.

It never even turned on. It was as if someone returned it, and then, it was sent to me. I’m not sure where Home Depot got this blender from (They usually don’t carry blenders.), but wherever it came from it was awful!!!

The drive broke within a year. The components of the drive include plastic components, so durability wasn't part of the engineering process. Disappointing.

Excellent product, very powerful. Due to the power and size of the cup, my blending duties have been cut in half. The high mode is very powerful so I used the low one. The blender is not as loud as previously stated. Blends superb. Cleanup is a breeze after use.

I love my blender it looks so pretty just sitting there too but it really has been a huge help having this blender and it’s hp velocity works wonders

Excellant blender, very quickly makes smoothies. No trouble with ice.

The smoothie speed has a little trouble with frozen blueberries, but I switch to high to finish the processing. Otherwise I’m quite happy with the product. I do like the cleaning cycle. It’s convenient and fast.

I really like this blender which I use for smoothies every day. I use frozen fruit and it has the fruit liquified in seconds. I was concerned that several reviews warned the leaking problem. If you press down on the top it will leak from added pressure but what I have discovered is if you do not press down on the lid while blending it does the job with no leaking. I have been using my blender daily for approximately four weeks.

This VELOCITY Blender is the best item in my kitchen. It’s soup weather and the blender easily handles chopping cooked veggies creating a perfect winter soup ! I am very pleased with this purchase and will continue to recommend it to friends !!!

So far, this blender has fulfilled all of my expectations. The benefit of having a BPA plastic container far outweighs the glass one! It is quieter and blends well.

It serves my purpose. Don't have more to say. It makes great smoothies.

It worked well for about a month, but then it stopped working. The removable blade makes it easy to clean, however, it is also a design flaw in that if the blade isn't tightened completely then when you run the blender liquid will leak through and go into the base of the machine causing the whole thing to break. (and I mean the blade needs to be very very tightened.. i would have to use a rubber grip to tighten it enough to make it not leak)
