Help me a lot with my project

My first use was after I found out only sealing natural slate tile then using epoxy grout was not a good idea. Apply this after sealing the natural slate tile before using epoxy grout worked perfectly. Next I used it on natural travertine. Same process seal, grout release, epoxy grout wash off all the excess. Same with tumbled natural marble. Finally I was installing the new porcelain Revotile - thinset/mortarless tile system. Again requires epoxy grout. Again I found the epoxy grout left a haze. Applied the grout release before grouting and it made the entire process a lot easier cleaning up the tile. So yes I highly recommend this product whenever using epoxy grout.

First user of this product. It worked great and I will not apply grout without using this product. Much easier cleaning the haze from the tile.

Plenty of tile experience.Ceramic tan floor tiles matte finish,dark brown Simple Grout by Custom.One coat Aqua Mix Grout Release by Custom, dried an hour.Apply first 9 sf of grout,initial cleaning & pinkish white foam is everywhere. Stop and pull out all grout because it looks like my grout will be discolored/destroyed, which I can't afford. Spend hours washing this soap like nightmare off tiles. 20 buckets of water before the 110 sf stops making bubbles in the wash water. Never again,pure junk.

Good Stuff at a good price

Makes using Fusion Pro grout a lot easier. Seals the tile surface so excess grout wipes off with less effort. I applied with a small foam roller and let it dry 30 minutes before applying grout. Best results came from grouting/wiping/cleaning 2 sq ft or less at a time. Use micro fiber towels as final step to reduce/eliminate haze.

Grout came off the tiles very easy!

If your grouting slate it make clean up much easier

I followed the direction to the tee, applying liberal coat on my shower walls, even when it was dry later that day. I had to start grouting the next morning. The first few rows of grout where the normal consistence. Then it started to thin out more and more!! My only guess is that with the ridged float it picked up the residue from the grout release and started mixing with the grout! I stopped right away, cleaned out the watery joints and any in question. Then cleaned the tiles and grout joints. Sometimes when a new product is too good to be true, it is!

The grout was a lot darker than the tiles so we wanted to protect the tiles. We put 2 coats of release on said tiles and it worked perfectly.

good, just a lot or work; i applied it before the grouting, did not help, still had to rub hard after grouting to release it

Used it to coat tiles before grouting. Worked very well and made it easy to clean.

Did the job excellent cleaner

Follow the directions and it works great! Happy I found it.
