Color match completely off
The colors between the two tubes of “Arctic White” caulk I bought are so far off from each other it’s not even funny, one of the tubes matched perfectly and the other was so yellow even someone colorblind would be able to tell the difference.

Not even water resistant!
I use this product in kitchen backsplash and the interface between the tile and glass divider in the shower stall. In both locations the caulking failed. Note that neither area is exposed to continuous water contact. I would caution anyone considering this product to avoid it if the area being caulked gets any moisture at all. This is the worst brand of sanded caulk I’ve ever used.

Colors never match the container.
You’re best to buy a couple colors that are close to what you need and pray the first one you open is the color you want. I’ve used light grey and bone white colors and they’re not even close to the color swath on the outside of the tube. Recently I got a light grey color, and it came out very dark grey.

Not even close to the color on the tube
Color is so far off it’s not even funny. Next, it shrinks badly too. Now I’m digging it out and will just grout it. Lesson learned.

Peeling after a week
Product was applied over a week ago to seal the joint where the tile backsplash meets the granite countertop in the kitchen. We did not use the sink for 5 days. We have used it the last 2 days, with only minimal water drips from turning the water on and off, but already this is washing away. I will now have to scrape all the caulk off and find another product to redo. I read the reviews of this product not curing but was hopeful. I should have listened. I do not recommend this product.

Four separate bottles and none cured.
I do NOT recommend. I ordered four bottles for two bathroom remodels. The product has has nearly two weeks to fully set up and is still tacky. Weather has been decent, no extreme humidity or temperature fluctuations. Just a defective product. Now I have to scrape it all away and apply a different product. Super frustrating and a huge waste of time.

Great with ledger board
Worked great on manufactured stone ledger board chimney project. The texture of the caulk blended in perfectly.

looks great
Used it on the seam between hardwood floor and tile. The seam was irregular in size and depth. I used blue painters tape to an even gap and applied a generous amount caulk. Turned out great.

Worked really well
I decided to use this around my fireplace after installing LVP because i didn't really like any of the trim choices. I'm pretty happy with the way it looks and evened out a few slight cutting mistakes. My only complaint was that it first came out very watery. So much so that i had to get paper towels to clean it up. After a little bit, it was thicker and went on easily

Quality Product, Inaccurate Color Descriptions
Great product however the color swatches shown are inaccurate. The tone of the color is right however all of the colors are 2-3 shades lighter than shown. I had to buy and test multiple colors to find the right one to use. Please fix this! (see example - Oyster grey image attached)

Great match to my grout
Initially, i was gonna try to get something that was close to my grout color, but decided to spend a couple exta $$ to get an exact match. Im glad i did. My wife says it looks great!

Not a great color match
I used "charcoal" sanded grout with "charcoal" Prism grout (both made by Custom) and as the picture shows, the match was poor. Might be less noticeable on seams, but poor for filling gaps in grout. I had better luck with Natural Gray sanded grout/Polyblend, which was almost a perfect match, so it may vary by color.

Installed large tile with 1/8” grout lines. Used this in the corners and ceiling of shower, on the tile baseboard, the shower niches inside corners, and the Vanity backsplash. Matches well with fusion grout.

DO NOT USE IN SHOWER OR TUB
my father purchased this product. this product has had to be replaced 3 times. on the label it says good for tubs and showers farther down it says do not use where near constant water occurs... as a former home depot associate I'm appalled we care such poor quality product

The color on the tube is not even close to the product color!
The color shown on the tube is nowhere close to the color inside the tube. Huge waste of time and money. Look elsewhere.

Is this supposed to be liquid?
My tube of #386 Oyster Gray dripped gray water from the tip as soon as I opened it. When I put it in the gun to get ready, watery caulk squirted about 6 feet and got all over the tile. When I applied a thin bead through a small hole, very thick caulk oozed out the bottom around the plunger. Is it supposed to be that way, or did I get an old tube that separated? I'm going to hold off caulking my joint and contact Custom on Monday. Color is a good match, though, so we've got that going for us.

I used this instead of grout in the corners around...
I used this instead of grout in the corners around my tub. It was easier to get in the tight areas than grout and hopefully it holds up better too. The color matches perfectly with the grout and I can’t tell the difference now that everything is dry.

Silicone caulk does not match their grout color
I bought Delorian Gray grout, it doesn't dry the color on the label. I bought the matching silicone and shame on me for not testing it first, it dried the correct color. Their grout and silicone matching colors do not match.

Great stuff. Exactly what I needed to finish my project. I tiled a foyer floor and need to fill the gap between my threshold and the new tile. A few shims to support the threshold piece and this caulk filled the gap perfectly. I would use it again if the need ever came up. The color of the caulk matched the grout color perfectly.

Color match tip for the rookies like me
I watched a million videos and had help from a few home depot guys, but no one mentioned there is a small drop of the actual product on the bottom of every bottle!! The front packaging color and the shelf display product label color are nowhere near the same color as the actual product.
I took a strip of my old caulking to color match what was available in the store, was still hard to find the right color not realizing each bottle had a sample of the product underneath!!
Otherwise, went great, wrote this for the rookies :)

Delorean gray caulk does not match same color grout
I bought the delorean gray grout and caulk under the pretense that the colors would match as indicated by the “color matching grout” lane on the tube. The caulk is SIGNIFICANTLY darker and now I’m going to have to find something lighter. Lousy.

Container blows up!!
I barely used it to repair some grout and the container broke on the bottom pushing piece. From the first squeeze it was very easy to push out so I was very surprised that it broke after a dozen squeezes and little pressure. I mean little pressure!

Caulk shrinking, cracking, and disintegrating
We used this caulk three years ago on a bathroom remodel. It was color matched to our grout but the color is not a perfect match. Now, three years later, the caulk has shrunk and cracked so much that it's letting water get behind the wall. Some areas appear to have no caulk. Very disappointed. We have used lots of Custom Building Products and remodeled several bathrooms but this is a disappointment. Now we need to recaulk the tub and we have no choice but to use this product because it's color matched.
