Noticed blemish after attaching glass tile with thin set. Thought it was from a tile that fell into chrome trim. While grouting tile noticed some of the exposed chrome trim discoloring. Althought I taped most of the chrome trim near the countertop, not all the chrome was covered with tape. The label on the chrome trim reads "straight grout line", so thought it was ok to get some grout on chrome trim. Wrong, it looks like it burned through the chrome.

This product takes a good job to a great job. Used this on a window seal and trim of a wall turned out great.

This tile edging trim gave us the classy look we were wanting.

We used these on the edge of our kitchen tiles and bathroom tub tiles. They are relatively easy to cut with a hack saw and are easy to install. Just use premixed (or mixed) mud and place on wall and set the piece into the mud and put a small mount over the inside edge and set the tile. I installed in our house and for my friend's house. Worked great!

Adds a good touch to the edges

Perfect fit and cuts/installs very easily. We installed this edging along the edge of a step w/ 24” x 6” x 3/8” thick wood plank tiles.

Our tile man said it was easy to use and the result was gorgeous! My opinion is that this is a cleaner line and looks better than tile bullnose.

Redoing upstairs bathroom. Used as tile edging. Manufacturer has many colors to match tile and paint schemes.

Nice look. Easy to handle even for someone like me who had no experience. OF NOTE: One part of the tile is not boardered because one strip was not long enough and it would be too wasteful to buy another.

went with a full remodel of the bath and love using tile edge trim, it allows me many more choices of edge finish and different tiles that do not have a finished edge. since it is made of aluminum we used a miter saw to cut the edges and angles, it dose help to tape it in place sometimes while tiling to keep it from moving. love the finished look!

Love the it shapes the Back splash of my kitchen....

Nice finish to my flooring project. Instead of using quarter round or the T molding I went with this for a better look and one less thing to trip over. On the LifeProof flooring with the attached underlayment I had to shave that off and some of the back side to make it fit and float.

I needed three pieces of this edging, but they only had one left at my local HD, so I bought it. More inventory arrived the following week, so I bought the other two I needed. I took a picture of the label of the first one I bought to insure I would select the exact same product on my second trip. I found it, matched the SKUs and bought the two I needed, only to get home to find they were different colors.... right, same label info, same SKU, different finish color. Upon closer examination I saw that one was made in Vietnam and the others in Mexico. I contacted Custom Building Products who seemed to care less about the issue and said they had sold that product line to another manufacturer, so it wasn't their problem, even though it still has the Custom name on the product. I was able to find properly labeled pieces at another HD store. I dislike buying products from a company (Custom) that cares so little about their issues. I lost time on the job and the time/expense of an addition trip to the store. Custom won't be my first choice any more.

I love the crisp clean look of this for edging my tile. I can even bend it for corners.

Use these type of edge trim all the time. Great solution when a matched trim edge piece is not available.

Was easy to cut with dremel multi-purpose tool. Really cleaned up edges of glass tile looks professional

I am a diy home owner, not a professional, not a expert. I wanted to install a glass Mosaic backsplash, but I didn't want to end up with exposed cut glass edges. After researching I found this, Silver 5/16 in. x 98-1/2 in. Aluminum L-Shaped Tile Edging Trim. I measured where I wanted the corners of my edging to be. I I use my Dremel tool to cut away a section from the inside of the edging, then I was able to fold where I wanted my Corners to be. This was my first backsplash installation and I am glad that I used the tile edging. It was very easy to work with. I would use it again.
