Easy to use, no more seal after grouting.

Used with white grout to provide extra sealant. Product had easy to follow directions and was easily used and cleaned up.

This product was recommended by my tile guy, probably because its easier to poor a sealer in the mix and not have to go back and seal the grout. I would not recommend this product it conpletely changes the color of the grout. It leaves it looking chalky, nothing like the intended color, and patchy darker in some areas.

I did a couple color tests under where our vanity will be going since we weren't sure what color grout we wanted. In this experiment I was able to test grout with and without the stain blocker in it. I had my doubts right after opening stainblocker and noticing the milk like color. The lightening ended up working for us and if mixed correctly yields a consistent lightened color. We are happy but would caution anyone thinking of buying this.

Mixed according to directions. Ended up with blotchy gray and white grout. Do Not Buy This Product! The chemist who formulated it should be fired immediately.

Used this product in hallway and did not use it in my adjacent bedroom. Grout significantly darker. Grout also dried very patchy being light in some areas and extremely dark in others. Only use if you’re looking to ruin your almost complete tile floors that took you forever lo lay and temporarily destroyed all of your plans and diminished your quality of life.

We had our tile installers add this product per the instructions to the 'Winter Grey' color of Polyblend sanded grout and it lightened the color considerably as seen in the photos. Luckily, the tile installers had only installed one bag of the grout so far, but now we have to pay them to take it out so they can install the grout color we want. Very frustrating. Instead of buying the Polyblend sanded grout and adding this product, I would recommend that you just purchase the higher quality Prizm grout in the same color that already has stain resistance built into it.

It changed the color of the grout and and the grout haze is now impossible to clean. Waste of money time and my customers are now very unhappy. Customer service don’t know how to help or recomend. The tile used to be pure white. Don’t use it!!!

Had no problems with mixing, applying or wiping down the product. Really no difference than standard water mix grout. BUT, the product offers NO benefit what so ever. After curing, the grout absorbs water just as if we had used a water only mix. The label is certainly a falsehood, as water does not shed at all, and quickly absorbs into grout. I could immediately see the grout darken when water was sprayed onto tile. We have used "Procolor Stain Guard admix" for years and it actually works as advertised. It does cost twice as much, but at least it performs. Find a local tile dealer and use a product that works. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON STAINBLOCKER! Licensed Contractor in Ga for 30 years.

Stain Blocker is not a true stain blocker as stated from the manufactures answer to my questions and non answer to the package photo on the label in my opinion. a waste of 20 bucks

Product mixed very well with grout but time will tell if it blocks stains.

Great product. You mix this sealer into the grout, so it is sealed all the way through the grout and not just on top. Saves a trip back 2 or 3 days later to seal the grout.

Mixed with grout according to instructions, but it did not stop the grout from being stained. It is not worth the time or money spent on it. Wife is angry at me for using this product, and extremely unhappy with the results. Save yourself and do not use this product.

Product works as advertised and easy to use

I don't know yet how well this stuff holds up as a stain blocker. I just used it a couple of months ago half way through my tile job. I tiled my whole house myself. I grouted the living room without this stuff. Very time consuming and hard to clean up. I used this stuff on the rest of the house. It made the grout so easy to work with. The grout was more slippery. It slid around and into the so easily. The clean up was way easier also. No haze left behind.

Used this before on the backsplash in my old kitchen. Works great and you do not have to worry if something gets on the grout.
