One 5 gallon bucket will cover roughly 500 square feet ONCE. Order accordingly. If you run out, Home Depot does not stock this in the store and it will take 10 days to a month to get your new order. You can't mix this stuff well enough in the bucket itself. You need a heavy duty drill with a heavy duty stir attachment. Best to have a second (clean) 5 gallon pail because once you THINK you have it mixed, you need to pour that mix into the clean bucket and scrape the particulates off the bottom that DID NOT mix and then mix it again. The listing for this product states that 1 roller from the manufacturer will come free with your order. IT WILL NOT. My store was able to provide me with 3 cheaper close alternates. You need something spongy in order to achieve the slip resistant texture. This stuff is thick and it is a lot of work rolling it out. All in all I'm happy with the product and the result. But it's not as easy as applying regular paint.

The paint needs to be mixed thoroughly. The sand settles at the bottom of a 5gal can. The paint becomes very thick when air hits it. It is very difficult to cover your concrete evenly. At the end of my 5 gal can all I had was sand. I ran out of Daich paint before I finished my project. Not happy

The 5 gallon bucket should have a sticker on the top lid stating “Open & mix from bottom” “Do not pour from smaller cap”. I was left with 4 inches of sand at the bottom of the bucket which left me short to finish my job. Not happy!
Applied the Roller Rock last month, and so far has withstood multiple heavy rains with no problems. The 5 gallon bucket covered a little less than I anticipated, but was still able to apply 2 coats to a 20x14 patio. The 2 roller covers that came with product was appreciated as well, will purchase again for driveway.
