My drain plug was missing And this haircut worked perfect. It was the same color as my tub and sat flush. You can hardly tell that is an afterthought.

Extremely easy to install, doesn't look bad, look at all the hair from just one shower! The plastic seems a little thin but probably doesn't matter.

The edges of the catcher have flared up, so the hair goes under the entire catcher. Maybe if the item wasn't so light, it would work better.

Very happy with this hair catcher. I have long hair and I spend so much time catching all my hair and putting it up on the wall before it goes down the drain. This hair catcher doesn’t let one hair slip through. This simple plastic is the answer for a bathtub because it tends to grip the tub.

The Danco hair catcher is the best device my family has used to date. We've tried almost everything on the market but nothing works quite as well. Having 2 women with thick, shedding hair... the drains/tubs can get crazy. I mean I dont understand why women aren't bald after looking at the strainer after 2 weeks from the last time we clean the strainer. Which tells me it's doing its job and it's doing it well. My wallet thanks Danco and my plumber is just waiting for my call.

It could not have been more simple. I took it out of the package, placed it in the drain & washed my hair. It worked so well & I could not be more happy. Well worth the small cost. Will save me alot down the road for not having to call a plumber. If you have long hair family members or they just shed alot of hair, this is worth the price.

Very pleased with this little gem that does an excellent job of catching and trapping hair in the shower and prevents the drain from becoming clogged. Nice product.

Catches hair and Good for the price To be realistic, there isn’t a single strainer / hair catcher out there that will catch every single hair that drains without restricting water flow and clogging up the drain. With that being said, this hair catcher is good for the price. I’m sure it’s not the best, but there are more expensive ones out there.. It does catch hair and quite a bit of it too! However the tiny holes in it were not all punctured through well and I had to remove access plastic when I got it. Not a big deal, but it’s reflected in the cost of the product. It does lay fairly flat and does go into the tub drain a bit. So it does fairly well in catching hair. There are tiny spikes on the outside “flat” area that help catch the hair as well as the basket. Some of the edges do curl up a bit, but it’s not a big deal as there’s always some water on top and the hair is usually on the surface and not below. It certainly prevents most of the hair going into the drain which is why I got this. Very easy to remove, clean and reinstall.

The material is too thin and flexible, so when the hair catcher is in the hole of the tub just by gravity it leaves a little gap between the tub and the catcher, so a lot of small hair will go true. I year a go I bought the same product but the material was thick so my old product works excellent, but this new one I feel that is NOT doing the right work.

We bought our first strainer about ten years ago. It does the jobs, catches hair and keeps the drain unclogged. Easy to clean the strainer.

Low cost way to keep drains cleaned out; works like charm (though, pretty gross to pull the hair off the catcher).

This product is awesome, I strongly recommended specially if you have kids with long hair.

cheap and east but make sure it fits your sink first. It worked in our kitchen but didn't work in our bathroom sink.

Did not fit over bathtub drain fixture.

This works much better than the tubshroom. It drains faster. Removal of hair debris is easier. The flat profile is safer.

It’s beyond my expectations. I’m shocked at how much hair is dropped in the tub and washed towards the drain. It’s evident when I look at the tub catcher.
