If you're lucky, these will fit but they aren't truly universal. They definitely tried with all the fittings and spacers but there are just too many variants that might prevent them from working. In my case I was able to get them to fit with lots of trial and error, but the little guide was worthless. I was replacing 15 year old american standard handles. They have a stop but these don't so they just infinitely spin around to on and off. I like them enough that I can live with that. My advice would be to open them very carefully in case you need to return them.

Great Handles in Brushed Nickel. Looks fantastic. You have to make sure handle does not bottom out on eschion tubes.

Loved the porcelain handles, but... These claimed to be "universal", but they certainly did not work in my bathtub. The bell housing that was supposed to extend from the back of the handle to the wall was about 2" too short. Worse yet, I had to destroy the packaging to extricate the handles, so I cannot return them. Guess I'm just going to have to "eat" the cost.

Really heavy, metal looks like authentic porcelain, only bad thing was the studs on the vice adapters are too short and didn't fit my old shower faucet cartridges.

It did not actually fit my faucet puppies as advertised. It was supposed to be "universal" but clearly is not. They are pretty and we mostly made them work, but far from perfect.

It says universal, but it didn't fit my Ameri an Standard faucet.

Simply does not fit the type of faucet stems sticking out of the wall. Instructions were horrible. I was willing to have an odd-duck looking faucet, style-wise, but not one I had to MacGuyver to make work. Back to HD to return this thing.

Despite their "universal" claim, it really didn't fit in a reasonable way....

The many options for installation made it easy to install in my case. The product is well made and attractive, and installation took less than 1/2 hour.

Plastic inserts?????
