We are not able to positively identify the nature of the discoloration based on the photographs/information that you have provided. The most common causes for discoloration are dirt pick-up prior to curing and/or biological contamination. Of note, it appears that there are also other areas/materials where similar discoloration is evident (vinyl/plastic weather stripping/trim), which would suggest that the discoloration is primarily biological in nature. Because you did not provide any background regarding your project, application technique or application conditions, we are not able to provide a proper response in this format.
