Looks gray when wet, but dries up black. Very good consistency. It's wet enough to allow for easy cleanup and flow out of the bottle yet, solid enough for application control.

What is not to love about it! It's black and gooey and when dry, it's still flexible!! I haven't been this impressed by a product since I got to review the 1 x 10 pine board I purchased 2 years ago!!! Geez...I guess if I buy a nail, I will have to review it too?

Good caulk and relatively easy to apply - but a bit thick consistency so difficult to get thin edge run. Applies white color that clears as cures/ages - makes application very easy to spot potential gaps, misses, etc. Will continue to use! Dries clear and appears well sealed.

I always keep a spare tub around to help fix issues I missed in my sealant work. Saves me time and works great to seal gaps that I thought I had closed but missed with my spreading technique.

I was trying to complete a greenhouse and I needed more sealant. I'd used DAP Dynaflex in our bathroom and siding upgrades, so it was a no brainer to buy it for our greenhouse sealant requirements. It locked up seams and helped keep the heat in.

Used frequently in the past to repair siding damage by carpenter bees. Always easy to apply and clean up; tube and nozzle stays usable for quite some time and filled cracks/holes stay well sealed without shrinking.

Washed away
It says rain ready in an hour , it rained 4 hours later and everything washed off like junk .

The sole drying mechanism is the evaporation of water. Dry time can be significantly impacted by cool or humid application conditions, moisture in the application surfaces or by thick (deep) applications of the sealant. While it is typically "rain ready and paint ready" (surface dry) in 1 hour, full dry through can take 24 hours and longer. When more challenging applications are present or faster through cure times are required, DAP would recommend that you consider our line of fast cure sealants, such as DAP AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Window, Door and Siding Sealant. DAP AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Window, Door and Siding Sealant will be surface dry and ready for paint in approximately 30 minutes and through cured in 24 hours, even in cooler and/or more humid application conditions. Of note, DAP AMP Advanced Modified Polymer All Weather Window, Door and Siding Sealant and similar fast cure sealants require solvent (mineral spirits/paint thinner) for clean-up. I am sure that this is an excellent product but it does not harden making it unsatisfactory for my intended use. I have no idea how it would be if used simply as a sealant. ??
