I bought this unit for my salon to wash our towels, it has not worked since the day I bought it. It blew the top off, the entire thing shakes loudly, no matter how little or how much you put in it, it doesn’t dry at all. I’ve had professionals try to come out and look at it and they all tell me to reach out the the company I bought it from. When I try to call their customer service, no one ever answers, I leave a voicemail and don’t get called back. Horrible. Waste of money.

It does take longer to dry clothes but that's what was in the reviews. After all, it does operate on 110 volt. Just wish it had more options to use a cold water wash. Overall, it beats going to the laundromat so I am content so far.

Wish there were more options to use a cold water wash. A set of queen size sheets is an overload. Have to wash each piece one at a time. Drying time does take a while but I expected that after reading reviews. Clothes do come out wrinkled. A good shake helps with that. Over all, I do like the machine so far. Just me & my husband. After going to the laundromat for almost 5 yrs it is convenient. Now that we are seniors it beats carrying laundry baskets. Just have to be careful not to overload. Curious to see what my electric bill is going to be after the 1st month...lol

We were sold a defective unit. Complained about it within the warranty period noticing the company of the issue. Now, a year later the exact same power issue has returned since the unit was not used often since then. The company has made no reasonable effort to resolve this considering now its tech is attempting to charge twice for 1 repair. Stay away

Works amazingly simple , wash dry button push drying portion shuts off clothes come out amazingly not to wrinkle at all, nice and dry. Had it for approximately 2 weeks Takes approximately 2 hours whole process, pretty quite too! Have it in Motor coach replacing expensive Splendid washer dryer.

Do not order! Broke in 8 months. Customer service is terrible too.

This is our first W/D Combo that we have purchased. My wife and I were needing a small W/D to put on the first floor (our current W/D is in the basement). The unit that we purchased is so compact that it fit in our one of our hall closets. It runs very quietly, so it does not disturbs us. So far, it has worked exceptionally well for us and are very pleased with it.

Love my unit. Had trouble in the beginning, but their service is amazing and was able to resolve the issue quickly. I read problems with the length of time for drying but, if you figure the time it takes you to wash and dry in two separate units the time is similar IF YOU VENT YOUR UNIT. My clothes come out feeling damp but within seconds they are complely dry and I also found that they feel cleaner with less wrinkles IF YOU DON'T OVERLOAD THE UNIT. All in all I would highly recommend this unit and am so glad that I purchased it.

It literally walk as it spins. and too much nose. it rock the entire house I just don't know what to do with it now

It works well, but it’s cheaply made.Door handle, is one example. The stickers on the appliance are very difficult to remove

Bad service, bad attitude

Great product and service. Its little small load. However, great product. Also somebody came to check and assemble it too. I am really satisfied the products and service too.

I had only one issue with the product, But with the help of customer service they are able to send me a technician and the replacement part to fix the issue. Issue is resolved and I'm very satisfied.

First want to say customer service was great and worked through things until issue was resolved. The machine when it works is good. I bought it because it can be vented and has a larger capacity than most all in one's. It is installed in a 5th wheel. Had issues where it woild not do high spin at end of wash cycle or properly tumble dry . 3 technician visits later, 3 new boards and a new motor. Finally got it to work. Does a good job washing and drying.

The dryer was improperly installed in our unit which caused the heating element to go bad. Called the number in the manual, it was under warranty. Got through to a live human within minutes. Company shipped the part out at NO COST within a week and then arranged for a local serviceman to install—again at NO COST to me. Have not experienced this level of customer care in decades.

I purchased Equator Dryer and Washer almost a year ago. They are used 5 or 6 times a week, and have been pretty reliable. About 10 months after purchase the dryer stopped working. I contacted yhe warranty department and described the problem. They diagnosed the problem, but were unable to locate a service tech in my area. I had them send me the repair part and was able to install it myself in about an hour! Good folks to deal with.

I have been on the phone for months and hours trying to get the dryer to work and Home Depot won't assist and instead they outsource to another company that assists with their servicing/support "Appliance Desk" of the product. That provider came out once and said there wasn't anything they could do to make it work and since then Home Depot and Appliance Desk has been unresponsive and have not assisted in any way. This isn't what I expected from Home Depot.

I live in a small condo and required a compact 110 volt washer/dryer combo. This unit fits perfectly. The customer service has been outstanding. It took me some time to arrange for installation, but they were in constant contact with me. I did have an issue with the washer spin cycle, but the service desk worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.

It worked great for the first week then something in the dryer broke, and it would not spin properly. Customer service did a good job, and got it fixed on my schedule. It is working fine as of now.

Washes fine, you can fill the tumbler full as long as its not heavy saturated like blankets. Best drying is vented option. If you wash linen (towels, wash cloths) best to run a rinse cycle after removing linen to make sure all lent is cleaned out. Any residue may attach to colored clothes and it happened to me. All and all I like it for my needs. I installed it in my house in place of my dishwasher that I did’t use.
