I am completely satisfied with the air compressor. Although it is smaller than the last one I owned, it performs every bit as good and I really like it.

Only thing is the noise when it is running, not terrible but a little loud. Works well and fills the tank fast.

I'm a professional flooring installer, got this little thing to shoot base and molding back on, it's so quiet you can still talk to the guys and have it running inside the house all day. Even used it in a pinch to install 800sq foot of engineered hardwood, it's not designed for that kind of use, it ran solid for 8 hours that day, never even overheated.

I needed an air compressor for the Rv. It was portable and rugged, just what I expected.

Very good unit; very space efficient and easy to use in various homes that I work in doing cabinet work. However, it would be a "5 Star," in my view, if it had rubber feet on the rear of the frame so that it could be used or stored standing up. Right now, when you stand the unit up against a wall the frame becomes scratched and the unit could easily be knocked over. The tabs for storing the electrical cord are not welded to the frame very neatly, nor are they perpendicular to the frame, but they still work as designed. Proper execution of these construction details would make this a "5 Star" quality product, in my view. Robert

I NEEDED A COMPRESSOR THAT I WAS ABLE TO MOVE AROUND WITH EASE. THIS ONE SURE FITS THAT NEED. I AM ALSO PARTIAL TO DEWALT PRODUCTS SO THAT WAS A NO BRAINER FOR ME.

Good compressor but wish I had bought the bigger tank model.

I bought this compressor for my dad for Christmas, and I almost made him give it to me after we plugged it in. Extremely quiet, lightweight for his 64 year old arms, yet powerful. While I've not run it for an extended amount of time, I was highly impressed with it right out of the box.

Good Quality. Light Weight. Less Noise compare to other.

I've only had it a month and used it twice but so far so good. It does what's advertised on the box. I hope it holds out over time and I will update this if things go awry.

Traveling in our rv have a hard time getting air at service sations this is perfect. I just plug it in to my generator air up my tires.This product is well built.

Bought for quietness and quality and it is exceeding my expectations.

We have used several of these in very harsh outdoor conditions. Last way longer than expected for an oilless compressor, well built and rugged. Has a very low amp draw 2A so they work great drawing power from power inverters in trucks (don't want the headache of a generator). Gauges are flush with a protective panel but the pressure regulator does extend past the panel so you still have to be careful with how much stuff you pile up on top of it in the back of a truck. Not stocked in my HD but arrive for in store pickup two days after placing the order.

This item, after I contacted DeWalt, found out that I CAN mount this on my shop wall. I was able to figure a way to do this. This should be noted somewhere in the options for use. The only draw back from mounting this on my wall is that the GUAGES are upside down. Maybe, they can install another set of gauges with a by-pass valve so that you can chose which of the gauges you want to use. I mounted this on my shop wall because I had limited space & I wanted it next to my 50 foot air hose reel.

I received the product in about 3 days. I had an inexpensive 3 gal but I wanted something that I can transport around. This unit is quiet and is perfect for small jobs.

Bought this to staple my luan flooring. Did a great job. I didn't want anything big, so this was perfect for the small projects I had in mind. Contractors used it to do all my window and door casing and trim work. They were impressed with it's capability for its size, and were happy that they didn't have to bring their larger one to the job site. I didn't think it would have enough power to drive the framing gun, but it got the job done. Sometimes we had to wait less than half a minute for it to recharge, but it recharges quickly. Easy to use and transport.

The product was made in China, but the company is in the USA. So, maybe we should blame the Chinese, but how can the drain valve on page 2 be G and on page 12 it is H? Stupid is what I call it, and unnecessarily bad instructions. How can you trust something when they can't even be bothered to describe the parts consistently. Fortunately, I could work out that the instructions are BAD, but I will tell people about DeWalt and tell them to be VERY CAREFUL, as the manufacturer isn't.

My first compressor as a weekend DIY'er so don't really have anything to compare it to, but meets all expectations! One thing is that it is loud -- however, reading this is one of the quietest models out there, I'm glad I opted for it.

Great little air compressor for around house and running air tools . Very happy with it . No problems so far .

This is my second one. The first died after 8 years, I believe it is in the $5.00 circuit board, but replacing it is extremely involved. Bought this online through Home Depot, best price going. I am a finish carpenter that works for a company doing mostly residential work, some commercial. This compressor will run my 15 gauge Bostitch finish nailer, 18 gauge brad nailers and 23 gauge pin nailers just fine. Very, very quiet, customers really appreciate that. I assembled a splitter so I'll run brad and pin nailers at the same time, also, recovery is about 16 seconds, which is very good. No complaints, but the gauges are susceptible to damage if anything is stored on top. (Never enough room in our trucks). It is an Emglo compressor, which is owned by Dewalt anyway. My 2008 model was version 1, has round rubber feet, this model is version 2, has rubber feet wrapping around the frame, a couple decals/labels are different. Hopefully this lasts longer than 7 or 8 years.

It really is very quiet. You get about 10 nails per recharge

My life is complete. Great for small projects and very portable... This compressor really blows.

This little compressor works great for pumping up tires and toys. Dewalt quality as usaul.

I needed a small compressor for my interior projects & didn't like the small twin tank "Kobalt" I bought last year because it was LOUD & ran too much. So the research lead me to this & since I have a lot of DEWALT tools anyway I chanced it. So far so good after a few trial runs. Kinda silly that you have to let it run for 15 minutes BEFORE you use it the first time. The worst part of this product is that it's made in China instead of the USA. Dewalt was manufactured right here in Maryland. But like many other businesses here, the taxes and Federal & State regulations were burdensome, so they just move to other countries. Everybody loses except China!

I own a large dewalt compressor on wheels that has worked flawlessly for five years. . It is to big to keep bringing out for small jobs. For small jobs this compressors is fantastic. Dewalt quality in a small easy to transport package.
