I put a bit in it and tighten it down but when I use it for a minute the bit loosens and I have to keep retightening it

Love this battery. Its lightweight, powerful and it will hold its charge. The on board battery charge light is a plus. It will help you get the job done with power to spare. This battery makes your tools easier to carry. Its a power house at a more economical size in both weight and size with plenty of power to for your dewalt tools. I would rate this batteries 6 stars if I could.

Great drill and nice tool bag. People always complain about battery life but to make batteries last longer make sure that you completely drain battery before recharging them otherwise you will end up with a battery that lasts 15min

The drill is a lifesaver for my deer blind project and the battery last a fair amount of time and the spare will finish the day if you need it....batteries charge quick too. Great product!

Better compact than the regular ones and not to heavy

Easy to hold. Not too heavy and has enough power to do what I need it to do.

I bought this combo kit and imme5got mad because the product is pictured with a saw blade but I couldn't find one in the kit . I decided to watch an unboxing video to see if I missed anything and it turns out that a plain package labeled do not throw away instead of Circular saw Blade was in fact my saw blade. Then I checked my batteries and found all of them had one LEDs worth of power on them I placed them in the charger and the indicator on the charger read as temperature warning. Its winter in MN saw I thought while this may be plausible it's definitely a bad sign. I tried my other two batteries and they both started to "charge the instantly read full charge except when I checked the led indicator on the battery they all still had one led each. I called Dewalt and they urged me to return the entire kit. But the kit is heavy and as may have mentioned It's the worst part of a MN winter outside. So before I remove my personal aditions to the kit and lug the thing back over to home depot I check the net again. Long story short ... kinda... I find a video demonstrating my experience exactly and says the solution is to make sure the battery snaps in and is seated snugly. Boom it works . So moral of the story Dewalt needs to label the saw blade as a saw blade label the charge with a "snap in" reference... And they will cut down unnecessary returns .... you're welcome... to pay me a consultation fee.. have fun everybody..
