This stapler is everything you could hope for. Its fast can staple most common gauges in residential wiring. The battery lasts for several jobs without needing charged. No more fumbling staples out of your pouches, no more dropped staples, no more loose scattered staples all over the jobsite. Its wire guide works very well you have to really try to mess the wire up while firing it. Also the staples for it are half the cost of the romex staples our company used to use. Although I would add another wire guide at the back end of the stapler to help support the wire while stapling.

Needs to have a drive adjustment. It leaves Staples to lose does not hold wire securely or snug.

Master electrician on Long Island. 22 years in the field. Saves so much time. Never jams. Battery lasts forever. Works in tight spaces. I haven’t hammered a nail (or my finger) since I bought it. I bought them for my guys as well it pays for itself.

Fast and easy,,,,,love it

Very excited to try out this product, bought it specifically for crawl space use where swinging a hammer is not desired, got home and tested it out and had no trouble. Took it to the job, crawled 40 ft in tight crawl space to start stapling and would not staple at all. Boy was I upset crawling that far only be disappointed and having to crawl another 80ft to bring back hammer and staples. Can’t imagine having early problems like this and it ever being a reliable tool. Try at your own risk.

This tool is awesome. It works well in new and old lumber.ajor time saver and if you look around you can get the staples for half the price of nail on one making it less expensive than conventional Romex staples.

I use for couple days and start failing, I take me loose hours on productivity

A real game changer for the project I used about 700 staples wiring a chicken house battery still had two bars when done it fell off the ladder twice with just surface scratches and still worked great . I can highly recommend this dewalt romex stapler

I have had my share of staplers of all kinds. It was so cool to find one that as accommodating as this one. Read the description of what the device says that it can do, then let me second the motion. It does exactly what it says. It does not matter what you throw at it, with regards to cables and thicknesses, It puts in a staple that touches the cable and leaves it just loose enough that you can move the cable. No more 14/2 Romex squeezed to within an inch of its life - leaving you wondering if you went just a little too far this time. I tried coax cable - same perfection, I tried dial-up cable - same perfection, I tried ethernet cable - same perfection. Then I tried combinations of these and got the same thing. I really should have taken pictures. I just didn't think of it. Rest assured, for DeWalt - this is a masterstroke.

Love the power and size.

The stapler would not drive staples flush in 25 year old SYP.

Very ergonomic, easy to use, every electrician should own at least one of this tools.
