worked as expected

I mounted this on my Metabo 5" corded angle grinder. All I attempted to do was section some 5/8" rebar for a concrete job i was working on. It self destructed within 5 seconds of me pressing it into the rebar. The disc itself cut OK but the disc is not actually strong enough where it counts, in the center where it mounts to your tool. It flung fragments of disc at very high speeds all over me and my work area. Luckily I was wearing my welding safety gear at the time. Skip these, buy Diablo cut off discs instead! Those cut through that steel rebar like a hot knife through butter and never bogged down or fragmented.
