I have had this tacker for awhile. The misfires are frequent but it is what it is. I would like to clean the internal components or get an electric one but I have yet to find one.

I truly expected better from DeWalt. This product is a great concept but isn't worth a dime

Barely enough power to insert staples. Had to go back and hammer them in. Can’t endorse this product. Wasted money.

It's pretty garbage, would not use or buy again.

This is such a big brand name, I thought it would work great. But no. Followed directions to a T. Can't get it to work properly. At best, it's hit or miss on whether it sends out a staple. And when it does actually send out a staple, it's usually bent and only one leg enters the target. Went over the instructions another two or three times. No luck. And yes, I used a size and type of staple specifically recommended by DeWalt.

This stapler jams every single time I pull the trigger. Hopefully I can return it.

I purchased 2 of these in the last few years, my first one started jamming only after a few projects, so I thought I would try a new one and this one didn't even get me through a day. These guns are absolute junk. Definitely not worth the money, I will never buy another one again.

I used Dewalt to reupholster a bench due to my dog liking to dig in fabric. You have control over this Dewalt, simple to use and powerful. As long as hold Dewalt firm to the board staples go in flat and tight to the board. Dewalt shoots 5 different staples and nails which gives the Dewalt stapler more versatility for the very sometime user that might or might not need a stapler. Recommend I did load staples wrong and wonder why the stapler was not working. I suggest reviewing Utube video for the staples or nails you would like to utilize prior. They also give great inside options about features.

Worst stapler ever. However, Home Depot was very helpful in exchanging the first one and accepting the return on the second one. Love DeWalt but not this stapler.

It does an almost ok job with short brad nails on trim, getting them into the right depth maybe 1/2 the time. 1/4 of the time it's too shallow, the last 1/4 of the time it's too deep and mars the trim. Not great, but it actually feels like a tool when used with brad nails. As a stapler, particularly into wood, It usually obliterates the staple and jams. I've had a 'perfect' staple maybe 10 times in the last 2 boxes worth of attempts.

This DEWALT 5 in 1 Multi-Tacker Stapler and Brad Nailer Multi-Tool is one of the best Stapler I ever used. It has the power to pump in those staples. Yes, I would another one these tools in the future. Thank you!

This is literally the worst tool I own and the reason I'll never buy another Dewalt product again.

Got stuck every other staple. I was trying to staple vinyl onto wood and just wasn’t working right. I reverted back to my air stapler.

A bit pricier than other staplers in its class, but worth it. Dewalt builds very good tools and is always the first brand I look for to compare other tools amd use as a measuring stick.

So far so good. Better than most staplers I have used. The belt clip is an awesome feature I did not realize I would appreciate so much

Just as most stated this thing constantly jams. Bought it because I figured hey, DeWalt, should be the last stapler I ever buy. Nope. Ive had it about 2 years and have not been able to get it to staple as it should. I bought my wife an Arrow stapler and it works way better than this hunk of yellow junk. If you got one that works, congratulations.

Unworthy. Thought it was a good buy, but instead it kept misfiring and getting jammed.

Like others we trusted the brand in purchasing the stapler. Wasn’t able to use it for the project because the staples kept jamming up. Wish we had read the reviews before purchasing. Will definitely think twice next time before trusting the brand.
