Poor design and cheaply made. The black clips broke on the first use. Many reviews with the same issue yet the wall does not fix this problem….

Definitely need to do crown molding.

Set it up on my saw… fits perfectly… haven’t actually used it yet….but I’m not expecting any issues since it’s an accessory for that saw…very well made

Plastic parts can break. Be careful

I already had a set of mounting brackets. I bought a desalt dws779 miter saw to be able to cut larger crown molding. It’s great to grab the saw I need for the job and not have to change mounts. The mounting brackets bolt to any saw and are easy to operate. When picking up saw. Just grab release lever and carry to your destination. I did strip a bolt when mounting saw to brackets. Desalt gives you an extra one included. Go easy on tightening.

The plastic components to the trigger release broke so I had to buy a new set. Not a quality product from Dewalt

They broke as soon as I pulled the lever and I was not able to use it.

The product was nicely made, but didn't work for the size crown mould I was cutting

The brackets are plastic and a 12 " mitre saw can be very cumbersome for a woman to attach to the stand. I'm only 5'4" and it's an issue for me to lift it up and over. In doing this the bracket caught the edge of the stand and broke. I had to replace them. They hold well but it would be better if they were made with metal instead of plastic.

Hey the only problem with the crown stops are your limited on what size crown molding you can cut. I recommend you drill the hole 2 ¼ more set back so we're capable of cutting 6 ¾ in crown molding...

I had the clips break after four or five times of use it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received replacement parts from DeWalt their service is very poor

Makes voting crown molding doable for the home owner!

I had to buy a replacement set after my first pair broke in less that a month. Stuck with the miter saw stand; for now. Definitely recommend look for something different.
