These steel demons cut through 1” rebar like nothing. I spent all day and all 5 of my batteries trying other blades.

I had an old utility trailer that was a real eyesore in the yard, but I wasn't able to get rid it. Couldn't sell it, donate it, or even get it towed away. I bought this 3-pack of 9" Diablo blades, and was able to dismember the entire trailer into easily carriable pieces using just one blade. Our local recycling center took all the steel for free, so I got rid of that eyesore for the cost of a single blade.

I was looking for something to cut grade 10.9 steel bolts out of a car. Had to cut the same bolt 3 times and only took 1 blade. I also had to cut through the rubber bushing and a little bit of aluminum of the control arm. Very pleased and now I have a couple extra blades for future.

But the Video shows firefighters using this specific blade to cut through a car A pillar. That's what I needed it for. Car was in a bad wreck years ago and trying to cut it up for salvage. The blade edge was instantly gone after a mere 2 minutes of cutting. I'm so disappointed because these blades aren't cheap.

Expectations exceeded! Awesome blade and works as advertised (better, technically). I used these blades to cut off a cast iron pipe sticking out of the concrete floor in my basement. The knuckle joining a fitting to the pipe was right at the floor level, so I was basically cutting through double the thickness; over an inch of cast iron. I was a little worried these blades would do the job, and thought I might have to rent a band type pipe cutter. But the Steel Demon got the job done! It was a burly 20-30 minutes of cutting. As you can imagine, the toughest part was getting the cut started (sawing at a tangent to the pipe surface). I bought the 3 pack, and switch blades periodically to keep the heat down. Not sure I had to do that. But better than burning through the blades. The blades don't show much wear, so can do plenty more. This was above and beyond the metal thickness specified by Diablo (up to 9/16") but the blades handled it with no problems. I also used this blade to cut a small corner (about 1/4-inch) of a steel beam that was sticking past the concrete (not supporting any load at that point) and out of the drywall (don't ask - past owner/builder of my home made some really questionable choices). The Steel Demon cut through it like a regular Sawzall blade through a piece of wood! The manufacturer video included in the product photos look pretty unreal, cutting through thick steel like it was butter (that cliché may be overused - but it applies here!). There is no tricks here. The Steel Demon really does cut through metal that fast, no joke! I would highly recommend this blade for your heavy duty steel cutting needs.

I went through a pack of 6 Lenox metal blades cutting a bolt. I bought 3 of these Diablos....didn't even need all of one! It was like cutting butter! The blade is still good. I posted it on a Corvette blog. These are the best metal blades I've used. AWESOME!

Blades met all my expectations and more.

I have bought four of these blades being a little skeptical that I would go through them. Well I have a job working with two shipping containers and have used one blade to cut the steel floor joists out of it then to cut the corner cube connectors in half for a clearance issue and ready to cut into the next container with the same blade. You can be aggressive with it but consistency will give you the longevity!

I had to cut out a bunch of 4" cast iron plumbing in our house. The blades chewed through the the pipes very well. I made three cuts and am only on my second blade. The cuts took under 10 minutes. While these are pretty expensive blades, the amount of time and agony they save doing this work is priceless. Thank you Diablo!

Awesome blade, cut right through a bolt on a leaf spring bracket for a full size pickup.

Nothing like any blades I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them. Well exceeded my expectations.

Bought these recently, having used these blades for years, however 2 of 3 broke within mins of use? Not sure if there has been a quality change recently, but I will be returning these to Home depot, sure hope this was just a fluke

Needed to cut a 14 mm nut off of my truck and couldn’t reach any other tool beside a sawzall with the longest blade attachment. Diablo blade cut all the way through it in 15 secs. I was blown away. Good product will definitely be using it again
