This drill bit struggled in a sill plate and 3/4 OSB. It didn’t break, but I seriously questioned its fortitude with a hole hawg driving it. It ended up with a lot of chips and kinks along the drill flute.

Very sturdy and easy to use with my RIDGID mud mixer drill. Used it to drill holes for rebars into 17 inch of wood boards. More than 50 holes in 3 hours and no problem at all. It was fast. Price around $20 compared to other brands it was a good price not too expensive. Excellent quality. I like the fact that you can reuse the packaging to protect the drill bit once you're done and put it away.

Purchased this when I was making a few benches for our property. The drill bit is true to size as a 1/2" bolt slides in the hole as intended. Highly recommend.

This is a very sharp bit and cuts like a hot knife thru butter

Did the job! Had to drill a hole for a new frost free faucet. Already had a hole drilled through the brick but needed to get through triple thickness of rim board. This drill did the trick!

Used it to drill thru multiple joists on a deck rebuild. Worked very well. Well made product.
