It performed perfectly and never bogged down great investment

Couldn't get the generator to start. Used the troubleshooting guide to figure out the choke as still open. Closed the choke and it started right up. Went back to the instructions to see if I missed something and I did because the manual was missing steps. The steps in the manual are 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7. Steps 4 and 6 refer to the choke in the instructions for Recoil Start. Hopefully the QA on the generator is better than the QA on the manual

Easy assembly. Started right up. Waiting for the next storm.

I have already needed to use the generator and it had no problem powering all of my main floor . Easy to start. It is louder than I was expecting but overall a very nice generator for the money.

I purchased this generator a few weeks back when I got it home And put it together the unit didn’t operate correctly i contacted Duromax and they told me to call a service center (triangle small engines where i explained my problem to harry) he handled everything when he contacted me again he said I was to return it to the store and Duromax would send me a new replacement i have the new one and it runs and operates perfectly thank you harry and Duromax for standing behind your product I would recommend this product to anyone thanks again harry

After many researches on Generators and reading the reviews on DuroMax generators, I decided on the DuroMaz XP13000X for a Whole House Backup Generator. Fortunately, I have not had to use it as yet, but I am sure it will meet or exceed my needs. I intend to come back and leave a further review after I have had to use it. Great looking generator !!!

The shipping took several more days the website stated when I purchased it. The price rose several hundred in just two months. I did not see anything that so much assembly would be required. Delivery guys were pleasant Assembly tools came with the generator generator operates well

I bought this 13000 watt generator. I put it together and tested running. Everything's working as it should.

Had this for about a year now and would buy it again! Starts easy and runs faultlessly. Big gas tank to run all night if your outage runs that long. Enough power to run entire house.

Easy set up, runs quiet. Start up was instant. Would highly recommend.

Great machine wish it was a little quieter

Picked this generator to power my house in case of emergency. It arrived in good condition and started right up. Ran a test powering the house and it held the load just fine.

I run the living Hell out of generators because I live off grid. This one has been really doing good. I'm hoping it keeps going. Love the auto start works great.

This is a great generator. I did my homework prior to buying and for the size and price this can't be beat! Pretty easy to get it set up and running. Bought it for whole house backup as we are in a rural area of Michigan. Nice to know its in my garage just waiting to help!
