We installed the bright white subway tiles in our shower and within six months we have had to replace numerous tiles because they have changed color. We hand dry the shower after each use to prevent this from happening. The tiles are not discolored in one specific location, its throughout the shower. Really pleased with the 3" x 12" bright white Daltile tile, along with the platinum grout!

I did floor to ceiling tile in the kid's bathroom using this tile and I was impressed with the quality. We ordered 30 cases(1,440 tiles) to get the bulk price and had just 3 bad tiles from the factory(bubbles in the finish). We went with a black grout which cleaned easily of the face and without the need for spacers(built-in 1/32" back lip) a 1/16" grout line is perfect and very easily obtained without the hassle of spacers.

4X16 white subway tile with warm grey grout is a winning combination. Matte black hardware really puts it over the top. Classic and simple and timeless

So easy to work with

I'm loving my new bathroom using the 4" x 16" bright white tiles for the shower surround and half way up the walls (replacing prior 4x4 tiles). To update my small 1950s bath I wanted a classic look that was durable and reasonable priced and am very impressed with the outcome. I had a handyman install the tile and didn't seem to be any issues with the install (at least nothing major I heard about). I used the coordinating jolly trim tile (pencil trim) for the wall edging, white grout, coordinating bullnose for the niche, American standard Princeton americast bathtub (the white color coordinated great with the tile), and for the floor Marazzi porcelain tile in Parchment with grey grout. It was very helpful seeing other people’s pictures (however there didn't seem to be many of the 4x16 tiles) so I will post as many as I can here.

There is not much to review with this tile- it's just your basic white subway tile. It's classic and simple. The tile was the perfect update that we needed to make our shower feel modern and clean.

These were exactly what I was looking for. I wanted bright white bigger subway tiles. We used the 4 x 16 size and delorian grey grout.

I hired someone to put this tile in my kitchen as a backsplash. My cabinets are a beige color and the tile matched perfectly. I am very pleased with the result,

I love the quality and the design that cam out and the design I made came out really good. It perfectly suits black grout. It's shinny finish lights up my bathroom everyday!

We used 3 cases for a recent project. The front 4 tiles in each box were glued to the cardboard box due to varying amounts of excess glue. The glue was hard to remove, so I used those tiles for making cuts. Around one tile per case had a dark-colored pit in its glaze, so pay close attention while using them. There were no broken tiles or the annoying swirls of polymer on the tile surface, which was good. The edges of the tiles were straight and the tiles cut well using a tile cutter and a tile saw.

Good quality, smooth tiles, I use these for laser engraving of pictures and for coasters.

I had my heart set on some Merola tile but when I saw the final price I got cold feet, and went looking for something simpler and cheaper. I took a chance on the teal color and I am so glad I did. It’s eye-catching, very glossy. I had it professionally installed and they liked working with it.

I bought 4 boxes of this 3x6 subway tile. None was broken. All of them were just the perfect shape. It came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier with good price.

Cant beat the price, and looks great and super modern. Used on a small shower with non sanded platinum grout. Seemed to be easy for my contractor to install.

Absolutely loved our final finish! I’m not sure what the difference was between tiles, but apparently they’re was a much pricier tile that looked exactly the same. I went with the much affordable one and I couldn’t be happier. I had leftover from the case, so I’ll be working on a DIY in the bathroom. Yay!

To start, this is NOT our first white subway tile job. However, this will be the last time I use Daltile Subway Tiles. I purchased 30 cases of tile in hopes to have plenty of leftover tile after doing 2 full tile bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. I will not even have enough to finish after going through the blemishes. So far, I have returned 4 cases and have 8 more to return. There are bubbles and blemishes under the surface that happened in manufacturing as shown in the photo. I have probably 3 cases of tile with such rough edges, I literally sliced my finger running it down the side of one. More than half of the 30 cases had one of the 3 inch sides with grooves on the edges that I am still using. I will say, they are packaged good (out of 3000 tiles, only 8 had chips. That is definitely commendable, but not worth the HOURS of time going through to QC the entire pallet of tile. Most of the production dates came from 5-18-20. Maybe Daltile had problems with the pandemic. Who knows, but I do know I will not be buying this subway tile again.

Got these tiles for my wall to wall bathroom remodel. I used pewter grout. They gave no issues installing them and not one was cravked or chipped. They were easy to work with my tile installer said and i love the way they came out

I have a total transformation of my master bathroom. Dantile is a solid product. The cost was reasonable. I choose to install the tile in a horizontal pattern. With the use of black grout. My bathroom has the look of classic with a touch of drama. I have had my new master for exactly 2 weeks. I can't wait to start on the 2nd bathroom. I haven't decided which pattern to install. Dantile exceeded my expectations.

Slight discolored/dark spot in some tiles, but I’d not care since I was replacing few broken tiles. Size is not exact 6x6 inch (actual size 5-7/8x5-7/8 inch). Quick delivery and excellent Service.

We used the 4x16 inch subway tile around our shower. I love how it turned out. The edge is white schluter and we used white grout. We had someone install it for us.

Love the look. We put the tiles vertically in our shower/bath. Very clean and crisp - less grout lines to clean since the tile is larger!
