I have had this fryer a few years. From all the reviews of other fryers I read this is a good one. Consistent temperature. Nice size with a good cover. We like the drain spout and it was a feature that weighed heavily in our choice to purchase; however, the mesh filter that prevents the spout from clogging with fry debris fell out almost immediately and could not be reinserted. I wanted to contact the manufacturer to see if they could replace tell us how to fix the filter

I really like this deep fryer. It heats the oil up quick and it maintains the oil temperature throughout your frying. You can drain the oil out easily and it comes completely apart for easy cleaning. It doesn't take up much countertop space. I do recommend this product.

These Mass produced products are not very good they never get as hot as is needed for specialist cooking

Very easy to clean. Heats from room temp to frying temp very quickly. Holds temp well even when putting a bunch of food in. Love how deep basket drops into hot oil which eliminates having to flip whatever you are deep-frying which is why I purchased.

Works great so far, keeps the temp also.

Had for over a year and is a great fryer. Deep basket and easy to clean. Prefect fryer in my opinion.

I have used this one time. k one time. Now it is christmas eve and it won't power up. Thanks a lot Delonghi

Super easy to drain reusable oil and most parts are dishwasher safe.

I have other DeLonghi devices and I expected more about the fryer. It is very similar to others but the problem is that does not have a filter.

You can only cook a small portion due to the shape of the unit, not that this is a bad thing, but a family of 4 would need a larger unit if they are to enjoy dinner together.. My biggest complaint is: You "must" set the timer even at the max time with the temperature. Here is the problem with that. Add the size limitation and you run out of time even at the max time setting. With no warning beep that time is up and its off you tend to forget and start cooking to find the temperature has drastically dropped and need to turn it back on.. Suggestion to the maker: remove the "timer" requirement to cook ! - its that simple.. The window for view food. Useless really. dont let that be a purchaseing decision. Its coated with steam and oil and not lite you cant see a thing..- useless option. Spare parts.. dont break the pan that has the spout for the oil drain.. good luck finding a replacement pan with a drain. I cant find it on the manufacturers website, if its there its impossible to find ..
