The only complaint I have which cost them a star is the can is sealed in a plastic bag with about 3 cups of sand. Customer service told me it was to help absorb the product in case of a leak. Absurd. The sand packs into the channel around the lid which takes almost half an hour to remove with a wire brush. If you attempt to open the can without cleaning out every grain of sand it will fall into the product. The lid is also double sealed with metal clamps so the sand is completely unnecessary

Prep included a gentle power wash first, then clean and brighten the wood. Letting it dry for 4 days before application. I used a brush which worked well. Let dry for 20 minutes to absorb then wipe off any wet spots. . Weather will determine how long before wiping wet spots. Easy to apply, dries to touch overnight but let it dry for a few days to make sure it is really dry. Will use again.

I bought this to keep the wood nice on a playhouse/ swing set and it has worked great so far. I noticed the wood was drying out and getting faded after a month so I purchased this and the wood now looks like new. I used a rubber glove and rag to apply instead of a brush and would recommend that method. No need to wipe off excess as you just take leftover stain and cover another area. Odor was not too strong outside and I didn't require a chemical fume mask.

The Epe oil worked just perfectly. Soaks into and water proofs epe wood very well I am extremely happy with the product. Be sure to follow all safety measures listed on the label.

Using this on teak wood out door furniture. The stain is darker than anticipated but my employer is happy with the results.

V v easy to use with great results. Only needs one coat. Our hardwood horizontal fence is 6 years old. I restrain it ever other year. Only because I prefer the look of new wood.

Smells nasty but made the Cumaru decking look amazing! Went on easily and dried nicely.

I had Deckwise applied just before the rains started so perhaps it didn’t quite dry properly on the back deck. I love the color of the wood but it was a bit tacky when walking on it. Some of the raindrops splash marks can be seen on it but after the winter should be fine. Wish I had done it when it was new.

Worth the money! Not hard to apply and the color and finish are beautiful. Much better absorbed than other treatments and looks like it will last.

Gives a nice finish. It is important to wipe off the excess after letting it dry partially.

The oil gave the Ipe wood a very deep, rich tone. Looks exactly as I wanted!
