The right fit
Appears well made, fits as it should. A coat of clear coat to protect and caulk to install and it looks good. Time will tell how it ages, but for now it looks good!

Please note that for any wood portions of a post cap, the Use and Care Manual states that as with all wood products, we recommend that you coat these with a high-quality exterior finish to preserve the wood’s natural beauty and ensure a lifetime of enjoyment. Apply it to all wood areas, including the underside of the cap, before installation.
