When you buy a lock do not buy this brand
The wiring inside the defiant is real small I bought two and both broke but Home Depot did take them back

Stopped working 3 months after Warranty expired
Stopped working after only having the lock for 1 year and 3 months. Warranty is only for 1 year.

I love this keypad. I have two the other one...
I love this keypad. I have two the other one has the key buttons so the lock button gets hit sometimes while the door is open. I may need to swap it out for another like this one.

Easy to set up. Watch the videos. very helpful. Only complaint was packaging was EXTREMELY difficult to open. the screws holding the knobs to the packaging were so tight i needed pliers to turn them after ripping the cardboard between the inner and outer knobs. A drill with a screwdriver attachment would have helped

Happy with the doorknobs
This is an attractive doorknob with bolt lock. Pretty straightforward install although it’s easier with 2 people for us amateurs.
