The shelves are good quality but the mounting hardware is poor. Shelves sagged and ended up spending extra on higher quality mounting anchors.

I love this shelf! The weathered gray has warm wood tones in it which I liked. The hand towel bar is great. I did not use the included hardware since I had some more sturdy pre-existing hardware installed already.

Love the wood but I had to anchor them differently.

Had to return to the store. The wall brackets were not strong enough to hold the shelf. The shelf sagged and pulled away from the wall. I used the wall anchors and still sagged. Ended up with a lot of wall repairs!

The shelves themselves are way too heavy and sagged no matter what we did to it. It was very pretty but sagged and had to return it. Very Disappointed.

The look is exactly what I was looking for...however the shelves once on the wall leaned forward and are not sturdy. What did others do to make these work? The box was thrown out, can they still be returned?

Overall, the product was easy to install. One thing that was challenging was that the screws that came with the product were a little short for the towel bracket. I ended up using my own screws that were a little longer to make sure it was secured into the shelf.

The mounting of the floating shelves is horrible. Once mounted they sagged forward to where the shelves were unusable. I ended up having to spend more money to buy brackets ($12) to reinforce the shelves and now they are no longer floating shelves. Had I removed the shelves I would have holes in my newly painted walls. Real disappointment.

I love the overall look of the shelves. Plastic anchors that come with it were horrible. Did not secure the shelf at all and was falling off. Used my own hardware and was able to fix it.

The two holes drilled on the back of the boards for hanging were so badly uneven that we had to fill them and re-drill. A lot of work went into the product before we could even hang it correctly. We would have just made it ourselves had we known the inability of the company to check their products before sending. We were also missing 2 screws and 1 anchor. I am giving two stars because after all the fixing we had to do, it looks good. It just is NOT worth the money.

It's a beautiful product, felt very well built. However, the 2 shelves I received were stained different colors, with one being much darker than the other, so unfortunately I had to return it.

The hikes were drilled incorrectly so I had to redo. The towel bar is put on with drywall screws. For the amount I was charged at least they could have used better screws. And nowhere in the description does it state they are distressed shelves.

It didn’t look like the one on line and looked old and shabby so we returned it

These shelves are definitely nice! They completed my bathroom perfectly. They are much heavier than I anticipated though. They look rustic and worn so if that’s what you’re looking for they’re perfect.

Such cute shelves! Solid wood and the mounting brackets make it easy to hang. I was planning to put them both on the wall behind my toilet, but after hanging the one with the towel bar it looks so good alone I think I may separate them. This makes it an even better deal! I want another set for somewhere else in our house I love them so much!
