Instructions showed a different mounting hardware than what was supplied not a big deal for me cause I used my own mounting hardware but the average diy person may have issues

After many mixed reviews on $30-$80 dollar towel racks, found this and it is excellent in fit and finish, lower towel hanging bar stands off from wall surface approximately 3 inches, which will do well with dampness.

Towel shelf is a perfect choice and design. Purchased an additional on in store.

This shelf is exactly what we were looking for. It went together fairly easily with two people. You definitely need an extra set of hands to get it on the wall.

Good overall features for small bathrooms with limited storage space.

My installer (who is a genius as far as I'm concerned) almost had a stroke trying to get this thing on the wall. He followed the guide that came with it, including putting it right on the wall and outlining from there. One of the challenges was that the material provided didn't match the template. One of his observations was that while the instructions called for a (high-quality) screw assembly, the stuff included with the towel shelf was of inferior quality. So, on my dime, he had to drop everything, go to the store, and buy the right ones. He got so frustrated that I told him to stop work, repair the damage to the wall, and I would return the shelf. But by that time, he was in that "do or die" place, so I stepped back and left him to it. (Will he ever forgive me?) All this being said, it is a gorgeous thing and...with luck, it will adhere to my wall for a long time to come.

Missing alien screws, some of them dont fit right out of the box. Its ok, but for the price I was expecting better quality control

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! The template is wrong and we spent 4 hours trying to put this up and it is impossible. The template in the box is dated from 2016 and it doesn't match up with the product. To make matters worse, we also bought the 5 bar towel rack and the SAME THING is wrong with the template. This is just too lame to deal with. This is a terrible design and way to mount these racks. It is just ridiculous and so frustrating so don't bother with buying it. Seriously.

Such a pain to install. I taped the leveled template to the wall, marked and drilled the holes, put in the anchors and nothing lines up. The wall mounts need to be exactly in line for the towel bar to mount. Thanks for nothing but holes in my wall.

Does not secure to wall. Tiny Allen wrench screws connect to well secured brackets. Looks great but don't put anything on it

It looks great now that it's up. But installation was a pain in the but and I'm still not all that confident that the rack is secure on the wall. Firstly, the sheet rock anchors that they supplied were not the heavy duty nice ones pictured in the instructions. They were wee wimpy ones, two of which collapsed upon pressure of screwing them in. Secondly the "template" they provide is the instruction sheet itself. Thin paper. Ever tried to level thin paper on a wall? Thirdly the allen wrench for the set screws (if and when you ever actually get the rack "feet" properly mounted to it's brackets is tiny and will not turn all the way because the set screw is too close to the wall. Zero maneuvering room. I dropped it no less than 6 times. Super frustrating. All and all, I think it's worth the trouble... it's really nice looking. But I have to say I'm afraid to put any real weight on it....lol.

Purchased two units, one for each bath. Overall we like them. Good quality, but one was missing the six set screws that hold it together. I'm waiting to hear back Libertyhardware.com on whether I should return the unit to Home Depot or if they'll send the screws us. We live 40 miles from the nears Home Depot. I know Home Depot will exchange the unit if necessary. My wife really likes the one that is installed.

The only issue I had with this product was the vertical connection pieces between the upper rack and the lower hook bar. There are set screws to hold the lower hook bar in place but no set screws in the upper bar to hold the the rack together while testing to make sure it all aligns with the paper template and while actually fastening the full rack to the wall. I guess the argument could be make that this design is intentional to allow some "play" while mounting the rack on the wall... but since it has the typical set screw flanges for attaching it to the wall mounts I think the upper set screws could be added without complicating the wall mounting process. The rack actually got away from me while I was testing alignment and part of it hit the toilet tank quite hard... fortunately no damage was done! Had it not been for this I would have given it 5 stars.

I am giving this an average because the fixtures are horrible. I love the rack itself but we have not been able to install it because the brackets will not hold. I have dealt with these kinds of fixtures without any issues but this one is not working for us.

Great towel rack for bathroom. Price 1/3 that of home good stores. Value is excellent and has all the features we were looking for.
