Simple and easy installation

This fit well despite component dimensions between base, walls and enclosure being different.

I have had so many issues with this shower. It was installed when I moved in and the first thing I noticed was the door doesn't stay shut. The magnet that is supposed to hold the door is too weak and has too small of a contact space to work well. I have a rain shower head and it still splashes out the door. The other issue with this is the ledge on the floor inside the shower is sloped down towards the glass so water just pools there instead of draining towards the center drain. Poorly Designed!

We purchased and installed the Delta shower base, wall set and glass shower enclosure for the 38-in Neo Angle Shower Kit. We paid a hefty price for all three shower components, and at the time felt we were getting a quality product from Delta - at least a product that had been tested before selling to the public. We painstakingly followed Delta's installation instructions; we applied a mortar base for leveling the shower base, added additional wall studs so the plastic shower encloser would have additional support, we even used the recommended advanced polymer sealants - about 5 or 6 tubes in total. We were very proud of the installation and all of our efforts were about to pay off, at least so we thought. However, after we took the first shower we noticed water collecting outside of the shower in front of the door. To our chagrin, we realized the clear plastic gasket Delta provided for the base of the door is not adequate for keeping water inside this small shower enclosure. The gap at the bottom of glass door and the metal support bracket is about 1/2-in, and the gasket they provided is maybe only suitable for covering a 1/4-in gap. Also, the 45 degree water diverting lip on the gasket is only about 1/2-in long and really needs to be 1-in long to work correctly. Finally, the bottom door gasket has a lip that rests on the outside of the shower door when the door is closed which does not prevent shower water from leaving the enclosure. We called Delta consumer care and they were not very knowledgeable about the shower and could not help us. We are now resorting to Amazon for locate a proper sized door gasket that will keep water inside the shower. Unfortunately, most gaskets are not sized to seal up a 1/2-in gap at the base of the shower door. Don't make the mistake of buying this shower until Delta solves the issue.

Had it installed a couple of days ago it leaks from the door magnetic very poor doesn’t work should left my old one instead wast of money

So many attempts to adjust the strips but it doesn't work. The gap between the door and panel is not enough to install two magnet gaskets. or the direction of two gaskets are not matching each other. How can I do??

Had shower installed in April of 2022 and by October of 2022 it was leaking. Contractor has come out 3 times to add more caulk around the base. It's now December 2022 it's still leaking and looks horrible with extra caulk!! Very disappointed in this purchase.

The magnet strip to keep the door shut is too weak. I don't have the money to replace this, so I'm going to have to put some sort of child lock on it or something for now. Idk. Too frustrated at the moment. Also, the shower wall with the hinges slides out of the shim when you open the door (cause the door adds enough leverage to make the whole thing want to tip out and fall). It doesn't come completely out, but it further messes with the alignment of the door making the magnet strip problem worse, as well as seeming really really cheap. Do not buy. Do not waste as much time as I have.

We love our shower doors. Makes it look amazing and they work very well. Solid build.

Do not buy this unless you what your guests to have to hold the door shut while they shower. The magnets on the door are so weak it barely stays closed at all. I have never had anything this bad before. Unfortunately, our plumber used this base when roughing in our new bathroom so we went and purchased the door that fit it, thinking it should work fine. It's just a simple shower door. Who would ever guess it could be this bad. Delta needs to fix this problem or remove this product!!!

Everything is well except bottom of door, the magnets don't help well and creates leak out of shower when in use

Bought this from H. D. Installation not tough. Everything level, everything square….. the magnets are not strong enough to hold the door closed. Is there any other options???

Leaking and can’t fix it even by contractor

It wasn't difficult to install and very clean finish.

I bought a house with this shower. Thank god we have another bathroom because this shower is awful. It looked so pretty when we bought the house but it leaks everywhere. It took so much silicone and new seals to make it usable. Even with all the work, it STILL leaks, but now it’s tolerable. Just don’t buy it!

No good, It’s poor, it’s the garbage

Very poorly made, poor quality, leaks water.

Our contractor installed this enclosure and it has leaked from day 1. By looking at the reviews, this product has been like this for at least 4 years. It's upsetting to see that they have not resolved the issues with this item, but continue to sell it. I would not buy it again.
