We Luke the touch faucet as well as our cats! We leave the faucet slightly on in the cold water position. Then anytime they need a drink of water they touch it with their noses...

It worked well for a year then the touch stopped working. It is beautiful though.

I had to replace my prior touch faucet because of the solenoid failure. it wasn’t that old, maybe 6 years old. My new one came and the solenoid was bad on it too. Delta replaced and all good now.

Bought it in 2016 and am very happy with its performance. Delta guarantees the part for the life time and have been very responsive when I needed a part.

This is our second Touch2O. I got one when they first became available. This one is a lot better. I replaced a new Delta kitchen faucet with the Addison even though I liked the style of the original Delta better.

I bought this faucet about 6 years ago and we love it. If I need another one, I will go for the same one.

I have a touch less delta faucet in my kitchen for 8 years and the pump soap dispenser broke. The faucet has a lifetime warranty. I called customer service and they immediately sent me a new soap dispenser.

We've had this faucet for 5 years and we've had to have it repaired or had new parts sent on average of every year. As others have said, the Touch2O is nice when it works . . . but it hasn't worked in a couple of years now, and it is starting to leak again. Expensive faucet with expensive repairs (even though Delta was good about supply parts, you still have to pay the plumber).

I had a problem with the light not working! I called and the rep was extremely friendly and helpful. By her response, it make me a bigger fan of Delta, .

It works great and looks great

The plastic holes will bleed waxy black plastic into the water if you run it in HOT water. Danger to your heath!!!!

This was a replacement for one just like it, couldn't live without the touch feature.

We've had this model going on year 3 now. The light (for the water temperature) stopped working within a few months- but we never had that feature before so it wasn't a big deal. The two most positive things about the faucet- 1) the design and 2) the touch feature. The touch feature works great and you are able to touch practically anywhere and it works. We only use the touch feature- so it gets used a lot. Once and a while it drips (for what appears to be no reason) and has randomly turned on by itself. This only happened a few times- thought at first it was batteries- but that wasn't the issue. Speaking of batteries- the battery life seems to be pretty good. We are in the process of remodeling- so now we are debating to keep this faucet (and by the AC adapter) or buy something different.

We upgraded our faucet when we upgraded our countertops and sink. This faucet is incredible. Touch on and off and temperature indicator.

Great design, simple installation and great features. Blended with our Kitchen appliances and sink perfect. Took less than a hour to install - including electrical connections - and worked perfectly. Touch on, Touch off and adjustable water temperature immediately. Adjustable spray pattern is great convenience. Had it installed for over a month and works perfectly. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE 9192T-SSSD-DST faucet to anyone who wants the best - the price is worth every penny.

Purchased roughly 5 yrs ago

I bought a new house with this kitchen faucet six years ago. It started to drip because cartridge need to be changed. I found the faucet manufacturer warranty only for five years and other brands I asked from store for life time warranty. I hope I can get help to find the parts to fix the problem. I also have a bathroom faucet with the same problem as kitchen faucet. I'll start to deal with these two faucets. Keep fingers crossed.

One of the sprayer doesn’t work

We have new construction as of 4 years ago. We love the style of this, but the performance has been less than average. It is now leaking from the handle, whether the electronics are on or off. It is more of a mechanical and quality problem. We will be sitting in the other room, no dishwasher running or anything, and the water will just come on! The soap dispenser started giving us problems about a year ago, not wanting to release when pressed down to express soap. Frustrated, especially with such a high price tag!! I usually don't write poor reviews, but I am disappointed with this product.
