I receiver the DELTA BREEZ 100 CFM INTEGRITY BATHROOM EXHAUST FAN WITH EDGE-LIT DIMMABLE LED LIGHT, WHITE. I had the fan put in by a contractor, I usually do my own work but have a knee problem. The fan was easy to install it took the man about 1 1/2 hours to do it. The results are great, I can not believe how quiet the fan is and still move a lot of air. The light is brighter than the old two bulb light, but not glaring. I'm very happy with the light/fan.

I took a picture of the back side of the light so you can see the genius of the design. This fan doesn't have any of the usual big ugly grills, and it's able to use a huge LED light because of that. The plastic housing/bezel creates an air space around the light that the fan uses as the input. It's able to clear the steam and smells out of our master bathroom with ease, I would guess the room is 10x6. At 1.5 it's fairly quiet and doesn't bother use, and it can exhaust 100 CFM. That means it can replace all the air in our bathroom in under 5 minutes!

When we received this ceiling fan for our bathroom the first impression we had was how big the light area is almost 12" by 12" It is an LED flat panel with edge lit dimmable lighting that is equivalent to a 60-Watt incandescent bulb . However a dimmer switch is not included and the directions do not say what kind of dimmer switch to purchase. The fan has to be mounted in the ceiling as most of these are, but it doesn't set flush against the ceiling because of the gap needed to provide an area for the air to flow through. The directions are very straight forward, but they don't include what is required to actually cut a hole in the ceiling for the exhaust components to fit into. Because of its weight it has to be mounted between two ceiling joist beams to hold it up. It does come with a 3-year limited warranty.

This Delta Breez exhaust fan is the most attractive one that I have ever seen. With most exhaust fans the first thing that you notice is the cheap looking plastic grilles but the design of this fan is such that you don't see anything but the very sleek light lens and frame. It is very quiet at 1.5 sones. This will replace an existing fan that doesn't have a light and looks worn and old. This will be a great improvement.

The Delta Breez has a 13-Watt dimmable LED light (equivalent to a 60-Watt incandescent bulb) with output of 1000 Lumens, 3000K color temperature for a soft warm glow, dimmer switch is not included. 1.5 sones makes it almost impossible to hear. This was a replacement for an inefficient loud cheap contractor’s unit. The warm light makes a bubble bath more inviting than the harsh vanity lights. I did manage to change out the two without having to crawl across the attic. The most difficult part was installing the motor into the housing; the three mounting screws were not willing to go into their mounting holes easily. My son came over and his better eyesight won out.

Fit in the spot perfectly! Light is bright and fan works to manage the steam.

Fan functions and looks great in our bathroom reno. It's a bit on the louder side compared to the older unit we replaced it with.

The size and design fits the space well and gets the job done.

I always thought our old fan was working fine. Wrong. The new Delta Breez is so much more powerful and incredibly quiet at the same time.

Loved this fan at first. It is the only source of light in the bathroom, so we upgraded to this one as it seemed to pull moisture well and provide ample light. Worked great for the space for 2 months, but now the LED is completely shot. It started getting streaks across the light, changing in color tone and now will barely turn on at all. We took it down to see what the problem is and there’s tons of moisture getting stuck in the light itself. Now we need a replacement less than 2 months in.

Excellent exhaust fan and easily installed!

Sleek look. Easy install. I gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because the light suffers from the common LED problem of flickering when first turned on until voltage regulates. Works as intended with dimmer switch.

The LED light package started flashing rapidly a couple weeks after installation. House voltage supply was steady. Uninstalled and returned.

Energy star doesn't always mean its good. In this case the fan takes a long time to spool up to speed. A consequence of this is that this fan is incompatible with the Lutron Maestro timer switch. So we had to replace this with a paddle switch. Other than that the fan is great - the LED light is evenly distributed and dimmable. The sound of the fan isn't loud. It looks great in our bathroom.

We purchased this fan to replace an old builder fan in the bathroom. Installation was fairly simple since it fit the 7.5” x 7.5” hole from the old fan. The light is bright and the fan works great. We were surprised how quiet this fan is compared to our old one. It does take ~5 seconds to start up, I’m assuming this is from the DC motor. I would recommend.

The fan spins the wrong direction . Instead of sucking the air out is pushing air into the room

This is a strong and quiet bathroom exhaust fan. I love how it is flush with the ceiling. It provides a warmer light than I expected based on the description, but I like it for general bathroom lighting and for taking a bath. My contractor connected the light to a dimmer switch, which makes for a nice ambiance when bathing. He appeared to have no trouble installing it to replace an old 1970's exhaust fan that sounded like a jet engine propeller and had two huge heat lamp bulbs. The electrical inspector passed it, but recommended connecting the fan to a timer switch, which my contractor has done.
