The Delta Breez fan met my expectations. The fan is rated as providing 80 CFM (cubic feet per minute) air flow with a static pressure loss of 0.1 in. wg. In most real situations, the static pressure loss will be higher (due to bends in the flex duct connections to the discharge pipe), probably closer to 0.25 in.wg which will provide an actual air flow of 50 to 60 CFM. The fan produces commendably low noise.

Worked fine for a year, then the humidistat broke and fan would turn off mid-shower. Customer service fails to return calls/emails, took them 3 weeks to send replacement part even though they had it in stock.

Nice fan. Takes a few seconds for the fan to slowly ramp up to speed. Maybe 10 seconds from switched on to fully running. Seems to perform well. LED light is very bright.

love our new delta breeze Green Builder G2 series80 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Fan. It removes the moisture in our master bathroom easily an quietly too. At night, the fan’s blue light serves as a nightlight without being so bright.

Had this for about a year, and the humidity sensor sometimes doesn't kick on, leading to a very steamy shower.

I purchased two units and I’ve installed one from scratch (cut the drywall, ran the Romex, etc) so far I’m VERY satisfied on the overall performance of the unit. You can barely hear it, and it has a green light that you can see through the grills to verify it’s on. I can’t wait to have the time to replace the once in my master. GREAT PRODUCT!

Great bathroom fan. I needed a fan to replace one in a suspended ceiling so it had to be exactly the right height. This one fit, so I tried it. It’s a well designed and performing fan - quiet and powerful. I like the humidistat feature so the fan keeps running until the room is cleared out (when the kids forget to turn it on!).

So far so good. Incredibly quiet and seems to be working well. Ordering online was easy and it was delivered quickly.

It doesn't seem to remove the condensation as well as the old fans, yet the area it is rated for is larger than our bathroom.

Super quiet. Works great for an 90 sq. ft. Bathroom used by three teenage girls! Actually looking to install another one in the master bath because we like it so much.

My electrician read the instructions over and over and checked his wiring several times. The humidity sensing on this sucker will not work! So frustrating! Would not recommend.
