Installed well and looks great !

Shower was easy to install. The base will take some getting used to. I installed over a great concrete floor and it is very spongy. The shower looks great and fit easily together. If they could square away the foam underlayment it would be great. Add a rigid honeycomb and it would be 5 Stars! The kit was almost half the price as buying 4 pieces separately.

This was fairly easy to install. It does take some planning but it went in well and works wonderfully. Recommend it!

The panels are a bit flimsy and the foam pan core is thicker than the pan edge and wouldnt sit flush on the floor causing a gap.

Customer was very pleased with final results and wants another one for their daughter's bathroom. It was very easy to install and work with.

Waited a month for the product Had a run around with the people in the store they couldn’t find it then they did but it wasn’t all there

It was everything i wanted,looks beautiful

Purchased this unit 5 years ago- relatively easy install over newly framed wall and new subfloor), looked nice. Got the doors to match. Last year, a 8” crack developed in the base next to inside wall- water got under the base and leaked into the basement. We repaired the crack with epoxy which made it look not so nice. Now a 15” crack has developed against the back wall. Will have to rip this out and replace. Very disappointed in the poor quality from Delta.

The unit had numerous shelves which was very inviting to us and the assembly was self explanatory! We bought all the Delta accessories, plumbing and doors and even the contractor commented on how much it improved the image of our bathroom. We are delighted!

Installation went smoothly and components were fabricated well to give a clean looking job

On hold for over 4.5 hours to clarify a question on the instruction sheet. When i did get through i was transfered to an invalid extension and was disconnected. Called back at 7 pm and advised someone would call me back 2 days ago.....

they only shipped 2 of the 4 pieces and I am fighting with Home Depot... looking & waiting for the remaining 2 side walls.... useless to me now ... I have spoken to Michele, Dennis & Mark at my local HD store, no one is helping me.

This was an awesome purchase and reasonable install Beware when you purchase base separately May want to buy kit, if you can

i sent it back. it took to long to get it, so i bought one somewhere else & got it the same day

Not easy to assemble the way is supposed to, the process is so tedious. You have to figure how to drill some holes and screw it to the studs instead of gluing it.

Great product but did not come with directions thanks to google we were able to still install it . Store experience was fair I was told it was no longer available but I was able to order it online

The unit ibstalled easily after getting the instructions for walls figured out. Love finish and looks fantastic!!

Squaring and leveling is a must unit worked out great.

There were a couple of issues with the fitting, a little flimsy, but spend the time to shimm and install correctly and the end product looks great.
