We've installed and been using this toilet for a couple of months now. We love it. It is clean, sleek, quiet and flushes very efficiently! We have not had any issues with it clogging or stopping up. Seat height is very comfortable. No leaks. Sleek looking. Installation was also very easy. My husband was able to do it himself and it only took about 45 minutes and he installed it into our master bathroom. We actually bought another brand (more expensive) toilet that was installed in our half bath, and my husband wasn't able to do it, and we had to hire someone to install it! So this Delta Foundations toilet is a dream. Highly Recommend and the price is right!

Very easy installation. Hardware is more heavy duty than some. Good quality. Looks very nice. Works great. We replaced an old one (different brand) with a Glacier Bay toilet. It cracked within 2 weeks. So we got another Glacier Bay. It leaked and the tank wasn't matched up with the bowl. Plus it had a dye mark that looked like a bullseye right in the bottom of the bowl. So we bought this Delta. It has excellent reviews. I absolutely recommend this toilet. Save yourself some time &work. Don't have to install a toilet 3 times just to get a good one.

I absolutely love this toilet. Very deep bowl, uses little water, powerful flush, quiet, fast quiet refill.....all for $130!! Highly recommend! Looks amazing with my new ceramic tile floor also from Home Depot

I have installed a lot of toilets. This has a very simple installation process. The finish is excellent and the quality of the product seems to be that of higher priced models. Nice deep bowl that flushes very well. Great model for DIY.

I updated my old 1.6 gallon per flush with this Delta Foundations 2-piece with 1.28 gallon per flush elongated toilet. First, I really enjoy the sleek look of this toilet much more than the older Kolher that was removed. The toilet came with all the necessary parts to install and I reused the braided supply line. The removal of the old toilet and installation of this Delta took me less than an hour with the help of my wife. Assembling the tank to the bowl was simple with two bolts that leveled the tank nicely and sealed perfectly. The wax ring was of adequate thickness to set firmly onto the flange along the floor. The soft-close toilet seat is terrific and easy to clean. The flush is very positive at the tank and forces the water out of the bowl swiftly. I have used the toilet for a little over a month and have not even come close to getting any sort of clog. This is one of the best toilets I have installed and used.

I have had Delta faucets that I was pleased with their longevity, this toilet seems to reflect that same quality. I was surprised to see that everything that was needed for the installation was included right down to the toilet seat and wax ring. I can't believe the bargain on this toilet, Its a great quality at a decent price, plus its plenty of powerfull enough to handle my kids paper wads in one flush , and its a good size so you don't get that mini toilet feeling when sitting on it.

This was an easy DIY project. The toilet came nicely packed without a lot of extra packaging. Since it was two pieces it was easy to carry into the house and install. This made it easy to align with the wax seal and tighten down. Very simple compared to other experiences. The bowl is deeper and the height of the toilet is higher. My husband especially likes this since he's very tall. The deep bowl keeps water from splashing up. The toilet also conserves water and saves money.

The toilet comes packed as “snug as a bug in a rug”. It is straight forward and easy to install. No tools were needed although the instructions to attach the seat indicate that a screwdriver is needed. It was not needed because the screw head fits into a slot that prevents it from turning. The all the nuts were winged plastic nuts and easy to tighten. The bolts for the flange and the seat were thicker (probably 3/8 inch) than what you oftentimes find (1/4 inch). There was no bolt movement when dropping the toilet onto the bolts. My flange is about ¼ inch below the floor’s service and the bolts were barely long enough. When bolting the tank down, you could tell when it was good and tight and you were not concerned with over-tightening the tank. There were no leaks once water was installed. The seat has rubber bumpers and not cheap plastic bumpers. The wax ring that came with the toilet was of good quality. I've gotten wax rings with toilets before that I was afraid to use. The soft close seat is a very gentle close. The toilet is heavy and well made. Most important of all is you have a good strong flush with water coming down all the sides

We've been suffering with low flow toilets in our house for a dozen years. Multiple flushes, plungers, even a few overflows. We finally broke down and researched new toilets and found this one Based on reviews, videos and write-ups, we decided this was the one, especially considering the price. Wow! I was a bit worried at first as I flushed and watched the water rise. I was sure for about half a second that it was just going to fill the bowl with water that would swirl around lazily and do a lot of nothing like the old toilet. Then WHOOSH!. The water rushed out of the bowl with a force I've only seen in commercial toilets. So, to test it out, I balled up about ten feet of toilet tissue and flushed that. Gone! The fit and finish are good and it came with all the parts needed (bolts, gaskets, etc. except the water line so it's ready for retrofit but not new construction). We couldn't be happier. No more standing and watching waste plug the outlet and water fill the bowl hoping the pressure will force it down so we don't have to plunge. No more flushing three or four times to get even a single piece of tissue to disappear. Took my son and I two hours to take out the old toilet and install this one. I'm so happy, I'm buying another one for the guest bath. Should have done this years ago. Highly recommended.

We purchased this toilet to replace a similar one in our spare bathroom. We prefer the "chair height" toilets as they are easier to get up from! The installation went flawlessly and we are more than impressed with the unit! The price was perfect as well.

I have had this toilet for close to a year and a half and it has never clogged. I have never had a toilet that was that reliable. And, it was easy for my boyfriend to install. He is a contractor, but he commented on how easily everything went. I was a bit frustrated and confused when doing my research since the reviews are always all over the place. I am really glad I chose this model. My thanks to everyone who gave it positive reviews.

Water runs through it, clean bowl.

The water level is exceptionally low in the toilet compared to other elongated /chair height toilets. The *ahem* stains after going #2 are an issue.

Not only have I had the same experience as Others with shallow water requiring multiple flushes, but I cannot understand how a toilet designer would design a hole with the position and shape of that makes it impossible to seal completely with a standard plunger. Do not buy until they fix this very obvious problem!
