The shower head drips. The one I replaced did not...
The shower head drips. The one I replaced did not drip, so the problem must be with this unit. After spending over $200 for a fixture that claimed 5 minute installation, I will now have to pay a plumber to fix the problem. I am not happy.

very disappointed
I am very disappointed. There is no water pressure with this shower head. My old old regular shower head has way more water pressure. It is hard to operate. There are no instructions on how to use or explaining the setting. Also the shower head itself can not be adjusted down. I am short and the shower soaks my hair. Will be returning it.

I'm very sorry to hear how unhappy you are with the Delta shower head. This shower head has a flow rate of 1.75 gpm (gallons per minute) at 80 PSI. When comparing to shower heads with a higher flow rate you may notice a slight difference.
Also, the shower head should pivot up or down 40 degrees and the instructions how how to operate the settings is on page " 2" of the installation guide included with the shower head. I hope this information is helpful.

too heavy for standard shower arm
This head was gorgeous, but unfortunately too heavy for our shower arm, which plumber said was standard. Also, this head had a piece of plastic in its inner components, and it broke from weight of the head. Plumber said something this heavy should have a metal not plastic piece.i begrudgingly had to return it.
