these leak
our new build came with these. all leaked. had a plumber come out after i replaced all parts and was told its a faucet issue. fortunately Delta customer service is awesome and eventually replaced all. and now the replacements are leaking in same spots. its groundhogs day. thankful Delta customer service is great.

Bathroom faucet was very easy to install. The metal drain assembly was a different story. Had trouble removing the old one. The Delta faucet looks great. Hope it will last for 30 years.

Leaky and Noisy
The drain body leaks between the nut/washer and rubber gasket which didn't occur with two other faucets (different brands) installed previously. The hot/cold valves are noisy at ~25% then it quiets down fully open which is annoying at night. Tried swapping valve stems and some are noisier than others. Delta customer support is great to deal with and sent me new valve stems and a drain body but sent the wrong stems. I'm going to return this faucet, just too many problems.

There is no gasket with this faucet, so it did leak 2 weeks into use
Just like others found it (see Questions and Answers), this faucet comes with NO gasket, so it will leak water from the sink as there is NO sealing between the faucet and the sink AT ALL.
Without gasket there is no way to make this properly sealed and to prevent leakage.
This product should NOT be sold without a gasket.
It is a piece of garbage without it.
