No set screw
When I installed the product, I discovered it was missing the set screw. I exchanged it only to find the second one was missing the set screw also. It will not install without the set screw. Also it only mounts one way and it's exactly opposite of what is shown on the box.

I had my first one loosen up on me and I broke the spring trying to remove it. I then bought a new one to find they changed the bracket style and had to fill the old holes in my wall. Put the new bracket on only to find the set screw in the package is too short to secure the holder to the bracket. What a piece of garbage.

I love the look of this, but it was a pain to install, the roll keeps coming off the holder and now it's apparently impossible to remove !

This toilet roll holder can only be mounted one way, so if it attached on the left, the toilet roll tends to come off . Mounting on the right works very well. There should be some way to turn the tube with the pin

the nub
Nub wont prevent roll from coming off so I reversed the holder in order to pull the roll against the 90 degree bracket to tear the TP. I used regular bolts to mount to a vanity but would use toggle bolts for sheetrock. Looks good but there’s a learning curve.
