Would easily be 5 if they included a more rigid cardboard template instead of the flimsy paper which makes it unnecessarily harder to level and get flat on wall.

The mounting brackets in the set I purchased did not...
The mounting brackets in the set I purchased did not work, The openings in the fixture were not able to engage fully with the tabs on the bracket and caused the fixture to be loose. The fixture would come off with a slight upward pressure as would be caused as would happen when removing a towel.

Delta really has their act together with their standardized screws and drywall anchors. I bought this and the matching single small towel holder and the matching toilet paper holder, and all three kits use the exact same screws, anchors, and mounting plates. Delta was even able to standardize on their template as the same template/instructions work for both the toilet paper holder and the matching towel bar.
The mounting hardware and accompanying instructions and template make this very easy to install.
