Love the look!
We purchased this dispenser with our faucet a couple of years ago. Up until this point it has worked fine. However, now it is sticking and hard to press down to dispense soap. Our entire house is filled with Delta products, which we love, but hate that this dispenser is not working properly.

A common cause of this issue is dried soap. We recommend soaking the pump in hot water to clear any dried soap.

Pump head broke
I Liked that dispenser until recently. Same issue as previous reviews with the pump head was wobbly and then snapped out .. looking at the mechanics of it it seems it is connected via plastic parts... I really don’t want to purchase a whole new dispenser set just need a head replacement...

This soap dispenser is an exact match to the one that came with the kitchen sink faucet we bought...
This soap dispenser is an exact match to the one that came with the kitchen sink faucet we bought prior, so how could we not like it. It meets our every expectation. Its stainless steel and looks great. One push releases just the right amount of hand soap.

Pump very hard to use Soap Dispenser
I have replaced the pump due to the top of the pump inside cracked the plastic.
now the new one will not pump all the time, i have to take it out and reseat it for it to pump again, this is an annoyance. the pump feature is somewhat to be desired,
go without the pump and get another brand
